Mambo Hideaway ligger i Arusha, 7,5 km fra det gamle tyske Boma, 8 km fra Uhuru-monumentet og 9,2 km fra Njiro-komplekset. Mambo Hideaway is a delightful oasis with an outdoor bar and lovely garden. I stayed in the bungalow and it was spacious, comfortable and clean with a good shower. Aziz and Glorie were terrific hosts. Glorie lives on site, takes care of everything, makes a delicious, abundant breakfast and will go out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She even bought more fuel for the generator so I could access some important messages on wifi. Mambo Hideaway is a great value, run by warm and caring people and I'm very glad I stayed there.

Sahla was very friendly and cooked for us delicious home cooked meals (better than restaurants). The beds were great. We had a house for ourselves. An excellent place to stay.

Kelvin is so helpfull and a great story teller :) Also the food was very good! There is a bar and a nice garden were rest from the city and The apartment is very cozy and well equiped. Double Tent - Dolly Farm & River Camp har udsigt til bjergene og tilbyder indkvartering med have og terrasse, ca. 25 km fra Old German Boma. Altogether a marvelous 'retreat' for a few days, in exceptionally large and comfortable queen-size bed tents, fully equipped with shower etc. And chef on site prepares breakfasts to die for, delicious lunches (on-site or take-out) and super tasteful wholesome dinners. Not a la carte but make your wishes known and she'll surprise you! Meals are taken under majestic trees and the open sky near an open campfire, an elegantly set table, country-style. A brook is running near, down below in the gorge. Its soft rushing sound soothes the soul and assures a restful sleep. No need to stay awake past 9:30, and while birds might try to awaken you at the crack of dawn, the comfort of your bed will lull you back to sleep. We stayed for 5 nights, there are only three tents, and they are spaced wide apart, so plenty privacy!
