La Villa Saint Hubert est un boutique hôtel situé à seulement 50 mètres de l'arrêt de tramway Borriglione, qui permet un accès direct à la place Masséna et à la plage. The host is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and big. Television was working. We also had a balcon which was clean, so we could use it. Every day there is room cleaning. We could order breakfast for each day (this is optional). The neighbourhood is clean and calm. Tram station is 1 min walk from the hotel (airport is 45 minutes by trams). I reccommend this hotel! Oh, and the host has a lovely cat :)

Excellent location, only 2 minutes from the tram. Lovely clean property and very welcoming hosts . Both the nearby supermarkets were had everything we needed in walking distance.

Récemment rénové, le Sunshine Getaway - Stylish Studio in the Heart of Nice est situé à Nice, à proximité des plages du Ruhl, du Centenaire et du Beau Rivage. Beautifully decorated studio, very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the hostess kindness and that they provided Bio bath products for the bathroom.

The location was great and the host was super responsive and friendly. Also, the apartment was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay at this place again if I ever come back to Nice! There was a tram station just outside the apartment and I also loved the balcony. And by the way: the sofa bed was super comfortable!

I did like the size of the apartment, it was maintained very well and it had every accessories what's necessary for a pleasant stay. The facility felt very safe, the garage was great and safe. It had a huge balcony for late-night meetings. 😊
