Oh it was a trip of my dream. Rich history and sophisticated culture fill the city in such abundance that you feel almost overwhelmed. The city lined with beautiful architecture comes with a top-notch public transport system which takes you to everywhere with ease. In my opinion, swerve the overrated Schnitzel and tuck into plentiful cafe culture cake options (Demel touristy but well worth a sugary brunch) and take your coffee strong and black... The buildings are very impressive - maybe even more so than Paris or London. The churches are pretty, but if you have seen a few, these are not so distinctive. Prices were more affordable than in money center cities. Food is simple and good, though the desserts were not as good as the hype and certainly not on a par with Paris. The classical musical performances are truly the best in the world. Vienna is definitely worth a couple of days, particularly for classical music lovers.ToshihikoMalaysia
