The garage is quite small and we couldn't fit our car in, so had to park out on the street but it was very close

It is in a good location opposite the river and only a short walk to town. It's very family friendly and was great to take our dogs on holiday with us. The townhouse was very well maintained and felt quite private even though it's in a complex.

The parking can be a bit tricky. The garage was a bit small for our large car and although there is street parking across the road, it did get very busy and hard to cross with 2 young children.

The view from the lounge room is lovely. Very comfortable apartment, with everything you need, towels, shampoo & conditioner etc even washer and drier. With the 3 bedrooms and walk in robe, there is definitely enough space for 6 people. We would happily recommend this apartment to friends and family and have already talked about returning soon.

What a great pet-friendly property for a family - beyond our expectations - excellent location across from the river and within walking distance to central Maroochydore shops, eateries and cafe's, very clean and comfortable internal spaces and furnishings, generous outdoor area, and many other extras and thoughtful personal touches. Communication with our hosts was easy and clear. We'll definitely be back (as we have already booked again!).

A couple of maintenance items but nothing drastic. The garage is small but we were still able to get a full size Commodore in.

The accommodation was as described in the booking. It was clean and comfortable. We had good views of the river from the upstairs windows and balcony. All beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets, pillows and cushions. WiFi was excellent. We found Bradman Avenue quite noisy with traffic but closing the windows sorted that and we sometimes used the great air con There is very little in the way of take-aways or restaurants along Bradman Ave - it is not Gympie Terace at Noosaville however if you like walking there are some small eateries back towards Maroochydore central and you can even walk to Sunshine Plaza and Cotton Tree if you're up for it. We booked this property towards the dying end of the so called pandemic and were happy to get a property at a fair price while many other properties were trying to catch up on lost revenue on just one booking. Top marks to the owners for being fair and honest. All up we were very happy with our stay.

It needs a bit of maintenance but this wouldn't stop us booking again.

The apartment was spacious and in a great position. We walked to many restaurants and shops and the bus stop was handy. It was very well equipped with many extras that are usually not included.
