You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The entire complex feels secure and the parking is SO convenient when lugging items from car to room. The location to food and shops is fabulous. Liz in reception was awesome, helpful and very switched on with contingencies and helping with any additional requirements.

AustraliaSuper friendly, helpful staff. The complex looks amazing with the enclosed garden in the courtyard. Plenty of free parking is available, but the spots are a little tight. The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. There is no need to leave the area as the Mayfair Plaza is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways. It's about 10min drive to Hobart and a 5 min walk to a park and beach area. Nice to wander the local streets and see all the old style houses.
