Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They wrote a note on the wall saying you had to remove all rubbish from the apartment on exit. Also you had to wash, dry and put away all the dishes and cutlery or you would be charged a cleaning fee. So we had to wait 30 minutes for the dishwasher to run, then dry everything by hand and put it away. This delayed us by 45 mins. I have never been asked to do this before, usually you just put the dishwasher on and the cleaner puts the clean dishes away.
Easy check in, lovely spacious apartment with terrace area. Great range of kitchen equipment for cooking. Very nicely presented with nice furniture and a huge bed. Close enough to the centre but be aware there is a steep hill coming back.

It was and comfortable. Close to Noosa Junction shops and cafes. 5 minute walk. The walk to Noosa Surf Life Saving Club takes 15 - 20 minutes. The return walk is uphill.

Lovely & peaceful place to stay. Clean and tidy. We liked that we were away from the noise of Hastings street. Easy to drive where we needed to go, during our stay.

The only downside was that the property is close to the beach, but we didn't realise that it involves going up and down a very steep hill. This would have been fine for me and my partner, but not so good for my older parents. We ended up getting a taxi up and down each time.
We had a spacious, beautiful courtyard apartment. Lots of room with a fully equipped kitchen that had all we needed. The pool was great too.

The apartments are in a brilliant location (within easy walking distance of Hastings Street and the beach). Our apartment looked to have been recently refurbished. We had a really great stay here and Donna was on hand to immediately assist with a minor issue that we had. Would highly recommend.

Reception was often unmanned and no official luggage storage (however the staff did help us with finding a space in the garage).

Not having a lift with lots of luggage. But we did know this!
Great location! Don't moan about the steep hill from town it's a lovely walk, just don't do it in the heat of the day! Really well equipped apartment. Loved all the tropical noise from the balcony. We didn't have time to use the pool. Lovely to be given a local map on arrival and the suggestion of taking a little boat trip. Apartment had everything you needed.

There was no kitchen paper provided even if it said the kitchen would be fully equipped with basic stuff.
