That its a bit far from the sea walking but thats written before you book so not a problem!

We liked mostly the pools, when the sea was with red flag, they were perfect :)

In the morning the pool was a little bit to cold. The shower was a little bit too old. The previous guests were cooking to much indian food and the smell disappeared a few hours after our arrival.

The location on Obzor is not close to the sea but is in a complex with self-service apartments. Parking places are OK and the car is safe. Elevator available for up to 4th floor. The kitchen is well instrumented. CLeaning at the begin was OK. The swimming pool were nice and there is not too crowded. Plenty of sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Pool for children is very nice. There is a small restaurant in the complex with good food and beverages. In the proximity (1 Km away) is the citycenter and the beach. In Obzor there are plenty of restaurants and nice beaches. 1 h away by car to Nessebar and places to visit.

A very new complex a bit outside the central area, but still 15min walking from the beach. Small kitchenette with everything you need if you want to cook, but also a restaurant within the facilities if you don't want to go further. Swimming pool with kids part and safeguard, clean and nice. Parking available and no need to pay additionally for it. All in all, 100% recommendable

We were in the complex five times. We love coming back here. We were allowed to arrive late in the evening. The doorman handed us the keys. The stay was excellent, but we didn't have a free place to park our motorbikes. We found a place near the restaurant. Chairs were placed there. Two days later we went on a trip and the owner of the restaurant did not allow us to use the parking spaces. He told us that the parking spaces were his. We had no other places available at that moment. We chose the complex because of security, to have a parking lot for motorbikes. Then the cleaning lady helped us find a place.

Amazing PS. The resort is so beautiful, however I suggest going by car. You'll need it to go faster to the beach and city center.

The shower curtain was a little bit annoying sometimes and the internet was interrupted during the night sometimes, especially when it rained. The beach is at a 15 min walk, which is ok for young people, but for older folks surely the location is not suitable, only if they want to spend the time at the pool.

The pool was amazing, bigger than we'd expected and the water was warm, suitable for swimming. The studio was spacious and bright. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was big for 2 people and had a nice view. The furniture was in very good condition. The studio was clean. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Also, the garden was beautiful. We recommend the place. Definitely, we'll come back again.

Biggest problem of all is hygiene of the place and the fact that no one bothers to clean it EVER. We stayed for 10 days. I suspect that there was cleaning service on the 7th day. Staff of the place is practically non existent, except maybe for receptionists and the people at the gate. Bathroom is in an atrocious condition with mold on the shower curtains. I could accept the old furniture, but not the smell coming from the sofa and the couch we had in the room. Location is horrible, but we knew that before we booked. Parking is always full. There is a next door piece of land that the property uses as additional parking, but it is also in very bad shape and cars could easily get damaged going in and out of it. Bottom line - For what we paid definitely not worth it.

The property as such is spacious and gives the vibe of a hotel. The rooms are bigger than expected, well equipped and have a small kitchen, as well as nice little terraces. And here is where all positive things end.

The water in the pool gets changed every day and it makes it really cold. For the whole week the water was 21°c-22°c and it so cold that you can't stay more than 10 min in it comfortably. That was the most disappointing part. And the beach was really far away to walk and if you go by car there aren't many parking spots at the beach

The rooms were big and clean. I liked the fact that you can cook your own meals in the room because you have all that you need

The apartment wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived and no one bothered to clean the next time they came to leave some more toilet paper. The property is located at the end of Obzor so it takes some walking to go to the beach. They do have pools but the kids pool was always in the sun.

The apartment had a very nice balcony from where you could even see the sea and we always found a parking place. The apartment has a good size and the bed was comfortable and also the couch.
