In the reviews somebody mentioned the mosquitos and dogs outside of the property. None of these two was a problem.

We had all we needed- peace and quiet, nature, beautiful views, separate kitchen, a space to exercise and a helpful and kind host.

Many of the electric sockets did not work and we could not get the kettle or toaster to work either - but there was enough that we managed fine.

The apartment was in a lovely location on the edge of the village, with direct access to the beaches through the woodland. It was clean and well-furnished with all we needed for a comfortable holiday, and the balconies overlooking the woodland were lovely. The owners were helpful and came in to tidy and replace supplies regularly.

Our mattress was very saggy; we could feel the metal springs in our back. Also, unfortunately, due to the proximity to the forest and the warm and humid climate during our stay (late August/early September), the air was full of small flies that chased us in swarms when we left the room. Sitting and relaxing outside was not possible. Very unfortunate, but the reverse side of the coin when you stay so close to nature.

The guest house is picturesquely located on the edge of the forest and surrounded by fruit trees and lush plants, yet not far from Sinemorets. Since we did not arrive by car, we walked all the routes (beaches, restaurants, etc.) and it was no problem at all. Melina is a very good host, always available and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped.

Apartament area around 70 m2, 2 rooms with air condition, a lot of Space in garden, two beautiful beaches are very close, landlord is renting bikes and Beach umbrellas.

There was a lot of trash in the field right next to the area. There is a pool billard and a table tennis/pingpong table but both were basically not usable since the pool billard table was uneven and the ping pong balls were not working. On the second the employee, who was friendly, was using so much oil in the kitchen that you were barely able to walk, we had to clean everything thouroughly because it was so much oil plus he was smoking inside the kitchen which made it basically unusable for us on the second night.

The location was mostly nice! We were alone and had it was quiet outside on the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the nature around. It is a quite big area with a huge kitchen we were able to use.

Everything was great and I can't wait to enjoy the wonderful wild beaches and hiking trails around Sinemorets again! The family and its staff are true hosts: quickly helped with all my questions before arrival, attentive to every detail to make my stay more comfortable, cleaned the room and gave us fresh linen mid-stay. The spacious kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a quick lunch. The long terrace and garden with direct access from all ground-floor rooms offers great shadow and privacy (and WiFi outdoor) to relax. The room had great ventilation, I had no need to use the AC, although available. The walk through the oak-forest to Butamyata and Lipite beaches was a special delight (and really safe). Veleka Beach is also just a 15min walk away (there is a shortcut path that takes straight there).

The room smells bad, the house is actually outside the village, no near restaurant, groceries or other option to eat.

The only downside is that it's outside the town. This isn't a big deal as the walk is pleasant and short.

The rooms were spacious and clear. The facilities, especially the kitchen, were great. The location is ideal for anyone going there by car.

Friendly people, absolutly calm - the house is situated behind the village, so there is no rush. You see just forests and horses from the terrace. The kitchen was full equiped. There was the air-condition in both rooms.
