The pictures deffinetly oversold the place a little. It was fine, but the room had more tair and waer on itself, than the pictures let us beleive.

There was no hot water in hour room and we waited 25 minutes for hot water but nothing and when the time to check out there was no one was the front desk.

The location is great to visit Quebec City and old Quebec City

The rugs throughout need updating. No reception, had to go to another sister property to check in and ask for things. Thin walls. Heard screaming kids at all hours.

I liked that it was central to everything in Old Quebec, all walking distance to the Christmas markets.

Dated hotel, if you are carrying large or heavy luggage it might be bit difficult because you have lots of stairs. Check in process could be better because you have to go to a different building to pick up the keys. Visible cobwebs and rooms was so cold. Unable to change the temperature settings.

Hotel was right at the center so you can walk easily to do your excursions and close proximity to restaurants.

There is no room cleaning! staff was non existent, never around when needed. When someone was located, however, they were courteous & helpful. ✳️The areas outside our room were not clean. carpet was dirty & not even vacuumed once in 4 days. NO ELEVATOR‼️

Reception off site but only a 30 second walk away, minor inconvenience. Also, no elevator in hotel, was ok for us but may be a struggle for older or people who have mobility issues.

The stairs, we were on the 4th fl and I believe the hotel had lots of room on lower floors available. The rooms were much to small for 2 people, should be advertised as such.. good for 1 person

Check in was at another hotel 50 metres down the street. When I checked out, there was no one at the other hotel. I had to get a guest to let me in, and I had to leave my key at the deserted reception area.

A basic hotel in the heart of historic Quebec. No breakfast, but an excellent cafe and a good restaurant either side of the hotel.

Staff isnt the warmest greeters The hallway smells musty and the stairs are very scary they lean to one side There is parking close but not at the hotel One of the beds was broken we slept folded very uncomfertable

Hotel condition and room amenities. There was no one to assist if you need help. The interiors of the lobby were quite dark. Not enough coffee sachets or provision to get more. Bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't turn without hitting the wall. For the amenities and building condition, it was a bit pricey

Location is the best. In the middle of old town, you're in the center of everything. Interiors of the room were clean and decently maintained. The room had good natural light as well. Bathroom was clean too and perhaps recently renovated.

I was told the room would be decorated with flower petals for a honeymoon suite; there was nothing. I was told there was a refrigerator, there was none. I was told there would be a microwave, there was none. Staff were cold and dismissive.

The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable.
