Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaNo closet space in either bedroom. Only a few hooks on wall. No iron and board either. Had to call 4 times within 24 hr span to finally get one delivered to room. Walls are paper thin and sound travels even behind close doors. Our unit had a public terrace above and noice came through as well. Only one AC wall unit in living area. Bedroom got warm.

they are responsive! the property was pretty dirty when we arrived so i called to the reception and they took action quite right away. They sent us one of their staff and finish up the cleaning, it took us about 15-20min in total. Even if it was not pleasant at first, after the cleaning and the rest of the part, we liked a lot staying there.

United StatesThis location is close to the Petit Champlain and port. Just know that to get to the rest of the city you must walk up a steep hill or pay to take the funicular. This is not a complaint, just something to know if you aren’t familiar with QC as it’s hard to tell from a map. We were traveling with an infant in a stroller and older parents so this was a consideration at times.
We cooked most meals, the kitchen had what we needed including a dishwasher (though some items were plastic, this is to be expended in a rental). The apartment was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was excellent, very good water pressure in the shower. Comfy beds and cotton sheets. We had a view of a construction site but it was actually rather an interesting city scape.

United StatesEntrance sidewalk could use a little ice removal at least some sand application it was very slippery in melting conditions. The television streaming was not functional during our stay, screen message indicated no signal availability. Perhaps it was a utility provider issue. Additional non-negative comments but suggestions: Solutions would require additional cost, but this guest would gladly pay an additional reasonable fee. It would be very helpful if these issues were identified in the amenities section of the property description. 1. Housekeeping is available on request but not scheduled which is fine, but perhaps provide units with a roll of paper towels, a Swiffer cleaning mop or light vacuum cleaner. 2. Clothes hangers, hooks, coat racks, and clothing storage is pretty limited for a four person, several night stay with anticipation of cold and snow in February. 3. Additional ice cube trays, since there is no ice maker. 4. Sanitary wipes (Clorox brand or similar), soft pad dish scrubber, squeegee for shower. 5. Basic kitchen staple items, coffee filters, salt & pepper, additional trash bags. 6. limited privacy in individual bedroom suites. Rooms are directly adjacent to each other with a cloth curtain to cover opening provided very little noise privacy for even quite conversation, snoring, or movement of traveling companions.
Clean, convenient location, very modern, easy access codes, parking near-by. We were very happy with the property.

We stayed here for a week and were extremely impressed. The apartment was new, spacious, and clean. Best of all it was only a few meters from Old Quebec City, with a car park just 100 meters away. All the staff were very friendly and prompt with our requests. Any issues raised by previous guests, such as clothes hanging space, sharp edged bed frames and curtains for privacy had all been addressed. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.
