Long stairways to get to the apts. No escalator . Entrance lobby downstairs needed cleaning.

the apt is very spacious, well equiped and the furniture is new and and of good quality . It is located right in the old part of Quebec city , where the best restos and points if interest are located . The St-Laurent is close by and a walking distance to the famous Château Frontenac . Many public parking lots are located close by . Price is very affordable and cheaper compare to local hotels .

Spacious living area and a well equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer, came in very handy. Location was great, short walk into the old town. Bus stop just across the road if needed. We had our flight cancelled due to bad weather so we were able to stay another night. Would stay again :)

I thought all 4 apartments that I rented were in the same building, so it took me by surprise that I had to send some family down the street. Thankfully, it was not too far; however, it would have been nice to know that in advance. The stairs up to the apartments were very narrow and very steep - a bit dangerous really when having to carry luggage. There were also a few chipped glasses. One guest ended up with a nasty cut.

The location of the apartments was convenient and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. The apartments were nicely decorated and very cozy.

Furnishings and kitchen amenities are very basic. Living room would be more comfortable with addition of a lamp and side tables. Kitchen could use a cutting board.

We were aware of the steep stairs to reach the loft beforehand, but we managed better than we thought we would. However, they might prove a problem for less abled guests and also if you are travelling with several large suitcases. (If you are, it might be worth considering using the luggage storage company (Bounce) which is pretty inexpensive and is located directly across the road in the Tourist Information property.) My only real negative, was my concern when I couldn't open the door in the living area of the loft which leads to the fire escape stairs. There was a note on the door saying not to open it, but for fire safety reasons, it should be able to be opened easily! Maybe it was just me being feeble, but I would ask the company to check on this.. Also, be aware that the actual lofts are actually a bit further along the street and not actually at the official Lofts St Paul address. (it took us a phone call to clarify where the actual accommodation was located)

The location is perfect and just a ten minute walk from either the train station, cruise port or Petit Champlain and the old quarter. The loft itself was clean, very spacious and the kitchen and all the amenities were very good, with everything you could possibly need. There are some nice places to eat right beside the building... Le Buffet de L'Antiquaire (nice food and reasonably priced ), Le Packwood (nice little cafe and shop),and Louise Taverne. which is 5 minites along the road I would definitely stay here when visiting Quebec again!

There was absolutely nowhere to hang clothes, no closet, no clothes rail, no hangers. To managers where very responsive when communicating by email about my credit card details, arrival time etc. but when I emailed them on arrival to complain about open rubbish bags outside the back door and lack of a secure lock for the back door I got no response.

There was no place to hang clothes in the bedrooms. We were there only one night but it would have been inconvenient if we were there longer. Also the shower has no place to put soap or shampoo making it a little difficult.

One of the apartment had a clogged bathroom sink which couldn't be addressed before we left; the decorations above the bed were dusty and falling (native headdresses) which should be looked after; the apartments were comfortable but pricey.

Check your booking. The accommodation wasn't what we had originally booked and the narrow, steep stairs (no lift) to the apartment. We originally had booked a two bed with a set of bunkbeds but were given a a two bed with two doubles (not really suitable for my 15y son and 10y daughter. They did eventually offer us a room in another property with bunk beds but due to the short stay not practical to change so we had to use sofa. Although aware no lift, not aware stairs would be so narrow and steep which made it difficult to climb with cases.

The location within a short walk to the the old town, restaurants and train station. The property was of decent size with adequate kitchen. The property and a washing machine and dryer, although we didn't use at time of our stay. Although not on site the hosts responded reasonably quickly to messaged queries.

The second flight of stairs was VERY steep and the treads were very narrow (half the length of my foot). No closet or dresser in either bedroom or the unit made it hard to unpack a week's clothes. The bathroom needs more towel hooks. Don't know the root cause of this issue, but Booking.Com provided a different address at booking and confirmation than the ACTUAL address for our apartment. I noticed the difference when I received the payment confirmation from Les Lofts Saint Paul. This required a few phone calls to clarify actual address. No luggage storage at our unit to leave bags before/after checkin.

The penthouse meant a trek up three narrow stairways. Not an issue for us but would be for some. The bed was under a slanted loft. I’m small and had to basically crawl into bed.

Nothing to do with the property but please be very careful with the public parking - we got a fine (not justified) and had to phone the company and make a reclamation (all in French, no English spoken).

Great location - apartment was really nice - well furnished, good kitchen facilities. Note it is on the first floor with no lift. Quick responses from property manager. Fantastic restaurants/cafeterias close by.

The lighting in the unit was too dim, especially kitchen and bathroom where you need it most. The bedside lamps are placed so high that it's disturbing rather than soothing. No place in shower to keep soap/shampoo.

Amazing location. Modern updated unit in a charming old building. Well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer worked well. Had one issue with door code not working, but supervisor fixed it. Thankfully it was in the afternoon.

They don’t give you at least complementary coffee. The place only have one mirror and is in the bathroom.
