The rooms weren't soundproof, I could hear everything from the hallways due to a large gap under the doors. There aren't a lot of lights in the room - just dim lamps. There are not many available wall plug-ins, the ones there are used by the TV and lamps. Ice machines are not on every floor.

It has a nice side lounge; good drinks, and slot machines. Freedom to plug in electronics to TV via HDMI. Great staff, very helpful. Good seats and jets in the hot tub, but could've been warmer.

The only concern I had was in the dining room the employees were frequently speaking loudly to each other in their primary language around customers. I find that extremely disrespectful

The last two times I have stayed here I needed to switch to a different room shortly after checking in, first time in a 2 queen room I found blood stains in one bed and a bug in the other bed. Front desk was rather defensive when I calmy brought this up and asked for a different room. My most previous stay the bed frame wheel was completely broken off one side so the bed had about a 4 inch angle from one side to the other. No issues with front desk when I asked for a different room. Another time I didn't book ahead and when I showed up looking for a room I was told they were sold out, I mentioned to front desk that it still shows several rooms available online and they just shrugged their shoulders, so I booked online and they awkwardly checked me in a few minutes later.

Probably the best thing about this property IMO is the breakfast, the pool is decent, vicinity to the mall is obviously great. Restaurant and lounge are both pretty good.

Only complaint would be that housekeeping did not leave an extra roll of TP in the room so when I ran out, Kleenex was needed :)

My room must have been by the main water pipe and it sounded like water was constantly running, very hard to get to sleep and have a relaxing time with that.

Really liked the womens only floor, lounge was nice and convenient. Staff were great, rooms are very nice and the restaurant is convenient with good food

The hotel declined to collaborate with federal authorities for evacuee accommodations, leaving us to cover costs personally. This lack of empathy in a crisis speaks volumes. We expected better support during challenging times. This incident casts a shadow on the hotel's commitment to a more compassionate approach to people in distress who have driven more than 12 hours to reach a safe place.

Only one complain for this fantastic hotel: A receptionist called 'Taylor' (this is how she said she was called. No badge on her). She must improve her communication skills and treat when speaking to guests. She was rude and she made clear she did not want to repeat answers if you'd ask her twice. She made me feel very uncomfortable when check in which is the worst thing to see when you first arrive at a hotel. O didn't feel welcome. She'd say things like ' I have already told you that' with a very bad tone. On the other hand, the rest of the receptionist or staff I talked to were very kind and helpful. It is a pity one person can spoil the team work with such an attitude. However I think she was young and inexperienced and with a little effort she will surely get better at it if she takes this comment as an opportunity and not as a criticism.

The rooms was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient with a mall right next to it and main road to downtown. Supermarkets and a few restaurants near by too.
