The housekeeping department. I made the reservation for 4 people and they leave couple bath towel, one body wash and they didn’t dis my room the first day and the second day they not clean our room right. They didn’t vacuum the carpet.

We paid extra to stay in the penthouse suite so that we could admire the view. The windows were dirty with bird droppings on them and obviously hadn’t been washed in a while. The area outside the window also needed some care. I expected better from a Radisson hotel.

The staff were efficient at check in and check out. The complimentary shuttle bus was a big bonus.

The hotel itself had very very expensive food options. This means that you have to venture out, but there are plenty of options close by. Parking was also very limited and it was paid parking which is weird because you already paying for the hotel stay.

The hotel was lovely. Clean and close to several malls and even a lovely walk along the river. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes close by and public transport right outside.

Bathroom had quite a bit of wear and tear. Initial staff did not seem overly pleased to see us. Lobby "convenience" store charging extortionate prices. Like many travellers, make sure that you don't mix up the two "Radisson Airport Hotel"s. Honestly. Come up with two distinct names, please!

Great location and appreciated the free airport shuttle. Very close to many good dining options. One staffer very nice and gave us free shaving cream. Our room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant staff were very pleasant.

Buffet cooked breakfast was cold. Croissant and Danish were also cold. Disappointed with the food in general.

We have stayed here before when flying into Vancouver. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. There is a courtesy phone to call the hotel from the departures level, and the shuttle arrives quickly. We were happy to find out that the Skytrain was across the street from the hotel to take us into downtown Vancouver. The hotel is very nice, our room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions. We would stay there again.

I feel it was quite expensive for what it was, and there were a couple of areas of un-vacuumed carpet in our room.

We chose this hotel for a one night stay prior to flying out of Vancouver International Airport - it did the job, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. A free shuttle to/from the airport was really helpful. It’s located very close to the Skytrain into Downtown.

Parking and in/out access was a bit awkward/involved - there's a small lot out front, but the other (main?) lot is a bit of a hike. I've stayed at a few other Radissons around the world, and this definitely felt like it was on the lower end of things.

Wanted a place close to the airport (for a flight in the morning) and definitely got that. Rooms were spacious and clean - if not particularly fancy or up-to-date.

We arrived late in the evening missing the last shuttle run by a few minutes. Hotel paid for our taxi to the hotel. Would book again.
