There was no food. It was a walk to restaurants or groceries stores. I brought my own kettle and coffee for early mornings! It took a few tries to figure out the transit but soon I was riding the TTC like a professional!

Check in and out we’re smooth and friendly. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the washroom. The neighbourhood was quiet and treed with interesting historical plaques and a fascinating display of Ontario rocks outside the science building next door.

Some double rooms have 2 working tables, some do not. There is a common room/ kitchen with a microwave and stove, but no dishes to cook something.

Hotel - student dormitory is close to the tram 510 stop and not far from Yellow Line metro station. It is possible to buy breakfast in the morning for 15 CAD$. It is buffet style, so "eat as you can". The offer is rich. There was even soup and fried tomatoes.

The location is very convenient and the building and surroundigs are very nice. The basic equipment was functional.

-The (female) washroom on our floor. --The toilet stall walls and doors needed cleaning (grime noticed on day 1 was still apparent on day 3). --Only one, dimly lit shower was in working order. It had a problem with draining efficiently such that the user stood in inches-deep water while showering. As the only (female) shower on the floor, it was heavily used and needed cleaning more often than what was provided.

Affordability. The building and the room were well-secured and felt safe. The location was central to our work. The facility was air-conditioned. The bedding and linens were clean. Access to efficient wi-fi. Public transportation was steps away. Access to a refrigerator, recycling bin, and compost bin in the common area on the floor. Ample closets (with hangers) and drawers. Access to a desk and chair.

Staff could be more welcoming, but they are all students so can't really blame them. Bit of a trek from nearest metro station.

The disgusting smell of old in the room, dirty walls, the air conditioning was way too strong and did not adjust, it was very cold and I got sick. Also, all gender bathrooms are ridiculous. I was always uncomfortable.

Bathrooms were awful. The showers were not clean, and it made for an extremely uncomfortable experience. Several toilets were clogged as well. Staff also did not seem to care very much as they tried to ignore our complaint about a person smoking beside us, and it seemed like they didn't care about their guests.

The room was a good size and we had everything we needed. It's simple but good for a few days. It was nice that we could store our bags as early check-in wasn't available.

The bedsheets are clean but kind of worn with stains. The noise from the hallways could get quite loud in the morning, with people opening and closing their doors.

Very good value for the price. The room was a good size for one person. Close to transportation and lots of food options in the area. The campus is beautiful with lots of trees.
