We had a lovely stay at Spiez, everything was clean and comfortable, exactly what we were after to explore Spiez and Zermatt. Station was around 8min walk, easy for us but for those with kids / mobility issues it may present some challenges as you go down a gravel path to the location. Host was kind enough to allow us a late check out and leave suitcase at premises on our last day before we moved onto our next destination. Thank you!!

Everything about the property is WOW! The owner is the sweetest, she made us feel like home in her house! The room is huge (like really big for other swiss room standard) It has a coffee machine, paid sauna, fridge and a microwave. The spiez castle is 10 mins by walk and the train station is 6 mins far. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Spiez

The property is near the Spiez Banhof. If you have huge luggages take the Bus 60 and its just one stop at Kapellanstrasse then its a short uphill walk to the property. This is also the same going back to the train station but you need to be checking the bus timings. The owner is a helpful host.

We just had a fantastic stay here. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare light meals for our family of 3. The location is excellent right by Spiez train station, on-site parking was included and the view is absolutely stunning coming into the driveway. Huge thank you to Bettina who was such an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, we look forward to staying here again next time we visit!

There was still food of a previous guest in the fridge. Some things I had booked the apartment for were missing e.g. toaster, oven, microwave. I came across them in a storage in the hallway to the apartment. Compared to other comparable apartments on our trip this was 50% more expensive, but still for the Jungfrau region one of the most affordable options.

After having shortly visited tourist overcrowded Interlaken, I was very happy we had booked this accommodation in quiet and beautiful Spiez. It's a nice modern apartment with good facilities. The host was very helpful with giving hiking suggestions.

The only inconvenience is that the wifi was very bad. Maybe an extra router in the guest building can improve the wifi service. Plus, maybe a bathroom perfume or freshener can make the stay bit more pleasant.

The location is perfect and serene!! Surrounded by mountains and the lake is just 5 mins walk away. Perfectly located with access to train and station, supermarkets. Restaurants in accessible distance too. The accommodation has a sauna too! The host Bettina was super nice and kind person too. She was very very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It was all to my taste! Though I can see how some people may not be used to having such an open room.

The room was amazing, very spacious with a sliding door that goes out to the garden. The shower was separate from the bathroom which I liked and the room had direct access to the amazing sauna which the owner had installed herself and was kind enough to let me use once I arrived. The host herself is very great to communicate with pre arrival and is easy going.

Weather was really rainy, but that is not the fault of the host

Location is one of the best you can get if you want to experience rural Switzerland. View to lake Thun is really beautiful, one time we saw a huge raibow over the lake, garden is amazing and apartment is very clean and welcoming. The host is also really nice and oferring to help with anything that you would need.
