Has a car park, a microwave, cutlery, plates, a kettle and teabags inside the room. There is a laundry as well. The room is very clean and quiet environment.

Heating took awhile to set in The one and only cupboard available had a door missing so a bit hard to store luggage inside. Electric blankets didn't work. Basic TV setting (no Netflix available) just free to air. Says daily house keeping but this only happens if you place the card on the door, we did not know this until 2nd day and when it did happen only bathroom was cleaned. Has what looked like a restaurant on-site but was never open or running.

Can get very noisy in the room as it is right next to the beer garden. The crowds are literally standing outside your door when it gets busy.

Location was fantastic. Staff were amazing. Very comfortable beds.

Small rooms. No wall insulation. Extremely loud water sounds through walls when the neighbours had a shower. Curtains don’t cover windows properly so very hard to sleep with light at night and daylight peeking in.

Not clean, not enough tea bags etc and nowhere to top them up, uncomfortable bed, restaurant was closed. Had people running along corridors all night screaming and swearing...Police arrived.and then the Ambulance was called. ..took several hours to get sorted. Consequently no sleep. A horrible time, will not return
