Nothing like about this property. # location isn’t convenient # Road in front of the hotel under construction, so vehicles can not go there , it’s really tough to reach there. # Front desk office to every employees are very very very rude, not friendly at all # Surprisingly the breakfast was bad only five food options were there. # Washroom was dirty with broken essentials.

The front desk officer was so rude , because of my job purpose I’m a frequent traveler, I never see such a rude person like him, both front desk person don’t care about consumers complain and advise. They always misbehave and treat like we are classless people. I faced electricity problem and ac was not working. Me and my family members show our passport, easily they can see that this is not the first time we are travelling. Also there was disruption on electricity on my room when I called them after one hour they reached the room and it takes two hours to get electricity. Just imagine how horrible the situation was, also I called several times regarding this electricity issue, they don’t bother actually, then I went down and asked the front desk person to solve, they kind of laughing at me.

Room was big, neat and clean. So was the lavatory. If you are planning to travel with friends or family, this hotel can be your way to go. There are restaurants beside the hotel. Even the jetti is close.

There weren't any exhaust fan in the lavatory. Reaching the reception through the mobile number they provided is impossible. I forgot my $120 shoes in the hotel and couldn't reach them anyhow. What a loss!
