Natalie was wonderful! Friendly, flexible and helpful - just great to be around. Both the dinner and breakfast were delicious. We had made a mistake with our previous place and had to find a room for one night, and this was the only one that showed up in Auvillar where we were staying. Large and well maintained grounds a short walk from the center (restaurants and groceries). In addition to being our only choice (we would have had to drive back to Bordeaux) what a find! It looks like we may be coming back in a year, and intend to stay here again. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Location is excellent. Very central but quiet on a night. The facilities are exceptional, we did not require anything more than what was provided. Damian is a great host and made it feel like a home from home.

The location of the Gite surrendedby the owners vineyards and walks . Ann-Marie was a fantastic host and you can purchase her own wine . She was on hand when we had a problem .

The Gite is extremely dated and tired , supplied with old rough towels , what seemed like very old bedding , a bed nearly ready to fall apart , there where little creature comforts not even a completely shower gel that hadn’t already been used .

From the super helpful and kind staff to the super comfortable beds and spotless room!I traveled with my daughter of 6 and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We will return for sure!

where we stayed, the door at the balcony has a gap, so we can hear the cars and noisy drunk customers of the pub outside (brew dog), otherwise quiet.

The bed, which was not a bed but a futon was awful, crisp thin mattress was unbearable. Good job there was another futon as a sofa and so we could double up on the mattress. But then we had know where to sit! Shame as the apartment is ok, lots unfinished though, I thought it was a new build but it’s 4 years old. Would be good if it were all completed with a decent comfortable bed. Chap was pleasant and I hope he listens to this review.
