Fabulous property in an old palazzo. Great location. Very clean. Our room was a nice size. Many options for breakfast. Hosts could not have been more helpful and kind. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was some work going on to restore the property but that didn’t bother us. It will be fun to see what the changes are when we come back one day to this special B&B! We loved every minute there!

Location was great right next to 2 bus stops made it really easy to get into town. It was right next to some old fountains and statues which was really cool. The pool was an amazing area even though was too cold to get in. Breakfast was about as good as you’re going to get for a hotel stay. Really clean room and staff here all was good.

They didn’t have their AC on so it was really hot for our liking. The front desk on days forgot to order our shuttle to airport but we still made it on time.

Good location, about a 5 mins car ride from the train station. Can easily walk to most attractions in Rome. We took a taxi to go to Vatican City, the taxi stand is right across the hotel. Room was spacious with a good size bathroom. They also have an elevator though it’s small but serves the purpose. Staff were courteous and responsive.

when we open the door we saw a fascinating view . it is amazing, the room , the view and the path room. it is very comfortable. I liked the staff they are very kind . Thanks to Jacoppo , Giovanni, Igor and Zak : the were so kind and helpful and welcoming.

Location is great but their staff was outstanding. Giovanna and Federica were pretty much always helping us with our unlimited requests, helping us with tips and providing a smile. They are the main reason we loved our stay so much!

A great place with a great location. The breakfast was very good. Good value for money. Would come again. Parking is available amd costs 12e.

For us the pillows were way too thick. The garage is not very supercar friendly, I threewheeled down and had to take it at a big angle. There would be a possibility for streetparking though.

The size of the room was ok, the bed was comfortable.

The toilet is not the same level as the room, there are three, four stairs not so comfortable for older people, almost not safe during night, especially because all windows must be closed and covered since there is so heavy traffic all around the house. So in the room must be completely dark or you have to keep the light during the night just to be safe on the stairs.
