The reception here is always friendly and attentive, which cannot be said about the management and company policies.

I would like to highlight that this hotel is not suitable for young families with children because the elevator is too narrow to accommodate a stroller. We were also very displeased with the management's attitude. I understand that the hotel's policy states there are no exemptions for cancellation fees. However, I booked four rooms for my group from my account, one of which was mistakenly booked and canceled the next day after realizing the error. Despite several attempts to appeal to their humanity and negotiate a refund, the sales department responded that the company policy does not allow for refunds. Additionally, given our experience, it's uncertain how else they might treat to You.

It's important to mention that the rooms appear outdated and could use some renovation. Although the reception staff is reliably welcoming and attentive, the management and company policies do not reflect the same level of consideration.

I want to emphasize that this hotel may not be the best option for families with children, as the elevator is too narrow to fit a stroller. Despite multiple efforts to request a refund and appeal to their understanding, the sales department informed us that refunds are not permitted under company policy.

Easy check in, very efficient, friendly staff. Spotlessly clean in every area. Location perfect, 10 minutes from the city centre by tram, tram stops very close to the hotel. Spacious rooms with everything you will need.

Reception desks cramped together....No privacy when checking in or asking questions. Breakfast very expensive and not the best quality.

1) Noisy location, tram noise and apartment vibrate when it pass by, hard to sleep 2) curtains and blind need to replace, does not cover the windows, sun shine at you on 5AM, impossible to sleep. 3) Bedroom inside another bedroom, meaning you need to pass through another bedroom to get out, defeat the purpose of two bedrooms. 4) no shelf or cloth hanger / hook in the washroom, not sure where to hang a towel or changing clothes 5) no ventilation in the apartment, including the washroom and you can't open the windows as it is next to tram stop, loud and noisy
