The location and the view was the best part of our stay. The apartment was quite comfortable and there was enough space for 3 adults. The bottle of wine was a nice touch and they did leave us 3 pods of coffee to get us started. Loved that there was a mini-market 6 doors down. The Alfama neighborhood is a gem!

Our check in was handed over to another person and it was my fault that they weren't there upon our arrival. Joshua let us in and proceeded to help us up with our luggage. I was unaware at the time of booking that it was 55 steps up to the apartment (3D). It was fine with me but for my two companions at 78 yrs, it was very hard. I left the city tax as instructed on the table from the moment we arrived. Tomas kept asking for it but no one came to collect until the day before we left. We also requested more toilet paper and it took 2 days, we finally bought some. Also, the poor lady downstairs had a leak from our shower an that took all day to get someone there. I was dissappointed in the service, if we physically needed anything we were out of luck! If it was just a question, answers came fairly quickly. I requested a little help getting the luggage down the 55 steps but was told they didn't have anyone available. I also thought that a shuttle from the airport was provided, I looked again at the website and further down it states "available" for a fee. I guess if all you need is a place to stay and NOTHING else, this would be a fine stay.

Clean, convenient location, reasonable rates and great communication from staff. They knew we were getting in late after several delayed flights and left us snacks and fruit in our room. Would stay there again.

No elevator and we didn’t exactly pack light. But the staff heard us coming down with luggage and ran up to help.

Nice location outside of Lisbon; underground parking was a bonus. Toiletries provided. Washing machine was nice to have.

Silverfish/bugs in bathroom. Too much clutter/junk in the apartment. Uncomfortable pillows on bed. Cot in living room took up space and we didn't need it or ask for it. I don't see this cot in the listing photos. Dishwasher is missing the knob and didn't work for us.

Tea and coffee facilities were not cleaned and renewed on a regular basis- when I went to use, there were no coffee pods or milk left

Convenient to many locations, near the water as well which is a plus. Night events are enriching and entertaining. Checked in was a bit cumbersome, otherwise it was a great stay. Enjoyed Lisbon a great deal, what a lovely place.
