On the day of my check-out, weather was really bad and hotel owners gave me a free ride to my destination. Great location, extremely kind people, comfortable and clean accommodation . I definitely recommend. 10/10 Thank you for the great experience.

I really enjoyed my stay! I came for one night for the Czech language exam that is held near at school. Hotel hosts were very friendly and supportive, gave me good recommendations about the city. The room was very very clean and nice. It had all you can need: hairdryer, towels, kettle, small fridge, tv, glasses and mugs. As a bonus you can feel very cozy and comfy with the electric fireplace and choose the color of your lights in the room to create relaxing atmosphere :) I also ordered breakfast additionally and it was very good, it had eggs, bread, sausages, fruits, coffee, sweet bakery, really a lot and delicious too. The room itself was really nice. If I would be traveling to Ostrava for any other reason I would stay here. And of course it was such a good value for money. Overall I felt very homey vibe :) and for others who come here for the exam, of course the location near the school is a plus. On the day of my exam it was raining so hotel owners offered us a car ride free of charge. It was so nice of them to take care of us. I will always remember their kindness and wish them the best :)

We got the rooftop room which has a strange layout. We hit our heads on several occasions and if you do not pay attention you might get hurt.

The location is very good. The building is renovated. The staff was very friendly and polite. They even gave us Ostrava city card for discounts which was amazing.

Suitable for families. Breakfast was offered, but actually in the apartment we found everything needed to have a fast eat before travel. Easy-going host. Place is just near the old town and free parking.

Small and weird bathroom with a very challenging washbasin. If you want to experience a Kaurismäki movie kind of experience you won't be disappointed.

Relatively close to the center, the free parking is a big plus. The bed was ok and the breakfast was worthy.

The apartments were very clean. The host was friendly, offered his advice when choosing places to visit.

On the whole it was a good stay but the water pressure in the shower could have been a little better.

This is a nice hotel a short bus ride or 15 minute walk from the city centre. My room was a good size with simple decor and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Wifi was fine, as was the shower (although the water pressure could have been a bit better). Breakfast was nice - delivered to the room in the morning. All was fine.

the hosts were amazing, the owner and his wife made us feel as at home. the breakfast absolutely amazing, they called a taxi for us various times and dealt with all requests in a professional and friendly manner. one of the beds was a little bit squeeky but apart from that everything was just perfect for us!

The place had all the necessities, but everything is quite old, so meets all needs but since it's an old place doesn't have the best atmosphere. Can't fully remember if I really took a room with two separate beds, but sleeping was not in one bed and not the most comfortable.

Parking was available right next to the building in private parking for free.

The noise from the street was quite a lot when the windows were open. We had the street facing room.

The staff - family running this hotel were very nice and helpful, the place was super clean, rooms spaceous, breakfast great, it was good location - to city centre, to zoo.
