Standard hotel with all required for comfortable stay. Free parking, polite and helpful staff.

Location is a little bit out of the city with a bit difficult public transport. Bus stop is nearby but the bus schedule there is very minimal. On Sundays there's no bus at all. The more reliable tram goes to the city every 10-20 minutes but the nearest stop is 2 km away. No electric kettle. No AC during summer which makes it hot but I see heater that will be useful in the winter. The pressure of shower could be better.

The room is quite spacious and clean. It has amenities such as microwave, fridge, and hair dryer. The fridge is also quite big, not a super mini fridge. TV is also nice with local and international channels. Bed is also comfy and big enough for 2 people.

Though undoubtedly friendly, one of the women at the reception didn't speak any English at all, making communication nearly impossibile (but an older lady I met at the checkout was fluent). The room had a private bathroom, but its layout war a bit crampled. The bad was large, but a bit too soft for my taste, and the pillows were a bit too tall and weirdly shaped like cylinders, I didn't feel super comfortable and I ended up resting poorly.

Located in proximity to the autobahn, it's convenient for quick overnight stays, especially if you drive by car since it offers free parking on site. The general cleanness was OK snd the staff was quite nice and friendly. The room was small, but it had everything you need for a short stay (especially appreciated the desk).

The most biting were prices for Sat-Sun stay due to the Books exhibition (Buchmesse). The value for money is low, the room was literarily overpriced. However, for a planned stay with less expectations, the hotel itself is lovely, clean, and meets its three stars requirements. What could be better is the breakfast variety. Thank you very much for good experience being your guests.

Internal facilities and tiny kitchen were a plus. Cleanness and bed comfort are fine. Very friendly, empathic and sympathetic Hotel Team, guests-friendly, professional.

Staff were unable to assist me with local transport information as they spoke no English and my German was inadequate to communicate effectively. This was surprising as the hotel is rated.

The prepaid breakfast was a bit modest. But considering the fact that everything in this hotel exceeded 3 star rating I guess breakfast just met it.

Fascinating beds. I mean it, one of the most comfortable hotel beds me or members of my family ever slept in. Great location and friendly staff. Our rooms had balconies with a great view on the quiet countryside.

Positives: Very clean room, safe environemnt, ecological approach to the environemnt. The bed linen was of a high quality and there was a separator between the matress and the bed sheet linen. It was very quite which I appreciated a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful deapite the language barrier. I loved the little gummies, they tasted devine!

Negatives: The location, as the closest tram to the city was 20 minutes by foot. The bed was a little too soft for me (I usually sleep on a hard mattress), but it was as any other hotel. The Wifi was rather weak and it was slowing down my work.

the lady in reception is so rude, she was telling me that l have to speak german because we are in germany 😳 how can be a staff so racist and impolite l dont know. the toilet & shower in room is so small 2metre 🙈

Simple breakfast with no gluten free options. Difficult to communicate with the staff if you don’t speak german. We booked a room for four but had to ask for a complete set of pillows and cover. This hotel has seen its better days but worked ok for a short stay while passing through.

We were a band on tour with a gap in our itinerary so needed somewhere to stay and take a breath. The whole hotel, room and the onsite parking for our van were perfect. We turned up late in the evening (after a long drive) and the desk staff were very accomodating
