Tiny room space between the beds and not enough wardrobe space. Also the windows cannot be opened completely.

The room was large with lots of storage, location was close to public transport and e-scooters etc were everywhere. Not too far from great locations. Most of the staff were great! Gave us some treats for our dog. The bed was very comfortable.

I would love having a kettle in the room - it saves me from coming down to Starbucks for a cup of tea.

I like Aletto - it is convenient, clean and enters in the company budget.

The room was tiny, although it was laid out well. Definitely need more pillows! The breakfast seemed outrageously overpriced, and even the coffee available for purchase was pretty pricey for Starbucks from a machine.

The location is outstanding - right around the corner from an U-bahn station, but away from noise and crowds. Great restaurants and parks within walking distance. The staff were friendly and it was nice to have a cafe in the lobby.

The thing that we didn’t like was that there is no ventilation in bathroom, so it can get really hot.

Certainly I liked its location. It’s located close to Potsdamer platz in modern part and also it is not far from centre . Since Berlin is quite walkable city , we preferred walking around. The rooms are nice and everything is thought out. It’s also good for value. Staff was nice too.

The room amenities (lights, curtains and heatinf) were controlled from a visor in the wall. That visor had a light that was never tuned off. During the night it was difficult to sleep because of the brightness of this light.

The property is super modern and clean. Everything is very technological.

The restaurant was closed. There was no internet connection in the elevator to connect to the e-key to start the elevator. It would be awkward for latent claustrophobics.

The room was nice, cozy and very clean, and with a nice view. Uban station is 3 minutes away.

Located within walking distance (20-40 mins) of many sights. Close to metro. Rooms are small but comfortable. Hotel does not feel big or commercial (cosy feel). Favourite part was the rooftop space where one could relax at no extra cost.

The lightning was not enough and we wished there was one main bright light to use during the night instead of multiple lamps and mood lighting

Our room was was very nice and cosy, had a lot of storage for belongings We enjoyed the technological features as well The location of the hotel was very close to a main train station line and a lovely park where families went There was a nice pub area near the pack and very close to restaurants Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It is quite expensive for a normal hotel, but I think that is what you are going to get in Berlin.

Nice and clean. Everything you would expect from a hotel. Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast (loved the omelettes) and good bar. Very close to the metro. Would come again. PS: Berlin welcome card works well for travel on any public transport and discount at museums and can be purchased at the metro.

The room was very small, especially for two people and still quite expensive (even for Berlin). Although the hotel is near Potsdamer Platz, the title is a bit misleading as Potsdamer Platz is still a 20 minute walk away! Or just a short ride on the metro (hotel is actually located at the Gleisdreieck U-Bahn stop).

Everything in the room was quite smartly designed to fit and maximise the space. There is also a contactless check-in and your smartphone can be your key card which is super useful!

The windows faced the metro; in the morning we had to close the window as it was very noisy. But the air conditioning worked perfectly, so this didn't cause any inconvenience.

New, beautiful, stylish hotel. Very clean and has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. There is a coffee shop and terrace. The location is close to the metro, which is both a plus and a minus. Everything was great 👍🤗

This was the best hotel in two months of travel and there was not that I did like

The room was very spacious. Booked for three people but there was a double bed with under bed storage for luggage and 4 single beds with pull out draws for storage and a very spacious bathroom. There were special blinds within the windows to make the room dark for peaceful sleep. The staff were very helpful. We needed to storage our luggage before check in time which we do in special secure lockers in the lower ground floor.
