The room was small and decorated in dark colors which made it seem smaller. The position of the mirror and the lack of light, despite a magnifying mirror made it impossible to put on makeup. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. You had to go to the hotel foyer if you wanted a hot drink. I would not stay on Reeperbahn again. It is very seedy.

The hotel was very modern as it had recently been refurbished. The staff were helpful with suggestions for eating out and despite being on a main road, there was minimal traffic noise.

The room is small so good for solo travellers. The bed is also quite small and the blankets are very short and the pillows were not the most comfortable. Also note that this area is stack with people, especially in the night so it is quite noisy despite of sound proof.

The hotel staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The room has all necessary amenities; there is also free coffee, tea and candies at the reception. The hotel is close to the metro station. Very secure - you need to use your hotel card to enter most of the hotel areas. In general - if you are coming to Hamburg for a very short stay, this is a good value for money.

The main issue is the size of the room. It is way too small even though we paid extra for a large double. I'd hate to think what a standard room would be like The phrase " couldn't swing a cat" seems very apt. Unless you really want to be in the heart of the Reeperbahn I would not recommend staying in this area....there are much nicer parts of town.

The hotel is brand new so everything is nice and clean. The double glazing is excellent and although it is right on the Reeperbahn it was never noisy. Shower is a Rain Dance air/water shower which was a nice touch. Staff are all nice

you will not be checked in even 5 min earlier. I dont know if it was german precision or just bullying. 8 euros more than was indicated were withdrawn from the card.

It was 30 degrees Celsius in my room and the AC didn’t work. It was very noisy.

The room was VERY small and I live in NYC. I had trouble opening my suitcases. There was absolutely nowhere to eat the takeout food we bought so we sat on the bed and ate in bed. The sink for the bathroom was right next to the bed. There was literally no space to put down my makeup and toiletries to get ready. It was a real struggle as a female to get ready in that room. We booked it thinking it was a "Beatles themed" hotel but there was nothing other than the mural in the lobby that was related to The Beatles. I felt like the design was sleek but very very lazy. Its the kind of hotel you take a hooker to. Not the kind of hotel you go to enjoy yourself.

Even though it was quiet, the area where the hotel is located is in some kind of red light street which may not fit to everyone. My experience was good.

The staff! Basically they lied to me about early check-in (said it's possible for 40€ extra starting 12:00). Although i had a flight delay and arrived at 13:30, they still insisted that I pay 40€, but the room was jot even ready! The manager told me: it's ready you can get in, after waiting 25mins in the lobby and while entering the house keeper was still inside trying to finish everything fast! Lying to clients is really cheap if no one told you. They also mentioned Wifi is free, didn't work at all!

This is not a hotel for business travelers or families looking for sleep or quiet. If you want to party on the Reeperbahn, you'll have a great time, but that's not what I was looking for. A rave started at a venue adjacent to the hotel on a Friday night at midnight; it was so loud the windows were rattling and had a 6 am flight, so this was not ideal. Expected adequate soundproofing for a hotel this expensive. That said, if you want to party, it's a good place to stay if you can afford it.

The staff were lovely, as were the little design flourishes.
