Basic hotel very close to the train station. Our room on the 1st floor was very small and overlooked the street., so the curtains had to be kept closed. Easy check-in.,however reception closes at 11pm. Our trains were severely delayed coming in..so we were lucky that reception was still attended. We were there just for a concert, so did not stay long.

The lift on the upper floor didn’t work going down but bizarrely was ok going up. I’m sure this was just temporary and we were unlikely.

The hotel is very conveniently located and is only a 5 minute walk from Leipzig bahnhoff. The room was very clean and our room had 3 comfortable single beds which for a family are great. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good force.

My experience was a lot of late night banging & shouting from people close by after 1am. The repetitive slaming of doors for around an hour made the wall shake where my head was, so even with ear plugs it continued to wake me up.

Excellent position, basic but good room, lors of space, great air-conditioning, good shower, access to snacks & drinks, pleasent staff. Restaurants & bars right next to it

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast selection as I've seen better previously at these hotels.

These are a good chain with nice rooms. Very clean and good value too. Staff on reception were very helpful. Location was excellent, very close to the railway station and also to walk to the town.

Staff nowhere to be seen (automatic check in and out). I deducted one star for the hotel having the temerity to post a notice in the bathroom whining about the cost of laundering towels which are used only once, while the hotel does not see fit to provide any kind of towel rack so that the towels can be hung to dry and reused. Duh.

All happy with except loathe the two single doonas instead of one queen size, and loathe the fluffy, lacking any support pillows. But we found this everywhere we went, so not just this hotel's problem!!!! - must be a cultural difference? Not usual bedding in Australia! Staff gave us extra pillow each but still yk

A very nice and modern place tucked right inside the tourist center. I arrived later than expected and had to deal with the self-check-in machine, but it turned out surprisingly easy and not frustrating. Free Wi-Fi is fast and stable.

Lift can be busy which can result in the occasional wait if on a high floor. Room could really use a safety deposit box.

The room smelled like food when we arrived. The Pillows were for my taste uncomfortable and the beds very narrow. All in all, good for one night.
