There was a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom, but with the exhaust on it was fine. After showering it also got better.

The staff was a nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The desk space was a bit small, but manageable.

No air-conditioning in the room, room was very warm and stuffy. Thankful for small fan, but it wouldn't be enough in warmer times. Fair enough, I didn't think this would be required in October, but definitely something to keep in mind if visiting in summer. No soft furnishings in the room to absorb noise, so we could hear people in the corridors and the next room (could hear someone snoring). Not a deal breaker, but also something to keep in mind.

Good, basic, accommodation, no frills. Location very convenient for concert in Barclays arena nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower water pressure was great. Managed to arrange an early check in, just be aware it is 10 euro extra (personally didn't mind paying this as it was preferable to dragging suitcases around the city centre).

We stayed for 2 nights to attend the concert at Volkspark stadion,which we could easily reach by foot in 15 minutes. Also loved S-Bahn station right next to the hotel and frequent trains that made exploring and getting downtown very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean,spacious,loved the fan and window shutters. Grocery store is very close by,bakery and a little kiosk right infront of the hotel. We didn't have kettle in our room,which would come in handy especially if staying longer but all in all amazing place for a short weekend stay,would definitely recommend!

The room was a tad too warm to my liking for comfortable sleep, even after opening the windows for quite a while. Toiletries are limited, so bring your own shower gel. Kind of expensive for a single night, but i should have booked earlier.

Location is perfect for a stopover when traveling. Rooms were quiet and spacious.

-very hot in summer, doubled windows that are difficult to open -very loud area as the train station and a huge street are right next to the hotel (the airport too - you will hear every airplane)

-Very close to the Volksparkstadion (directly from the hotel you can take the shuttle to the concert) -a small kitchen in the room (without the stove though) -clean and modern design

Great hotel, situated right next to Stellingen Station on the S Bahn, offering great connectivity throughout the city. The room was spacious and very quiet due to the superior triple glazing, and a great shutter to keep out the light on short summer nights. Couldn't ask anything more.

you can literally hear every single sentence from outside. My room was exactly next to reception, so in the morning I had really uncomfortable situation to sleep.

the location is near to the S Bahn Station. That was great. You can also get breakfast from bakery in front of it. also i didn’t have to contact with reception to check-in and out. it was simple.

Located super close to the motorway and a railway station (Stellingen), rooms are bright, clean, warm. This hotel is a nice place to stay for a short holiday in Hamburg, or for a quick stop before going elsewhere (e.g. Denmark).

the automated check in method was really good. easy to follow. place was really clean, rooms were spacious enough and love the decor, relaxing 😊. staff was really helpful over the phone when I had to stay an extra night and requested the same room

The parking places should be better protected. Soaps in the bathroom would be requested.

It's the best possible location to spend the night after a concert at Barclay's Arena. Rooms are as advertised and there's a cafe across the street for breakfast needs.
