The proximity to a train crossing results in considerable noise during the night, which may be disruptive for guests who find it challenging to sleep, particularly those staying in the second yellow building adjacent to the railway. The accommodation consists of two single beds combined to form a double bed, a configuration that is relatively standard in Germany. For coffee, guests are limited to the use of vending machines. Selected a double bed room at booking, got instead 2 single beds to put together, which was not as confortable. Heating was not working upon arrival and had to be set open after calling the front desk contact who was offsite. Could hear loud neighbors at night. Basic furniture. Expensive "in-house" drip coffee. Early checkout time at only 10h.

Not fond of attic rooms. There was no cafe/restaurant or lounge, just machines. Yes there is some provision if required, but it was not suitable for me being a coeliac and it was disappointing. I did not want to go out in the dark in the evenings on my own for a meal. The surroundings are not really welcoming.

Ample breakfast in a lovely room. I particularly liked the scrambled egg and the provision of gluten free bread. The hotel room was delightful - smart and modern. The staff did their utmost to be welcoming and friendly. I was leant an adapter and they let me have a kettle in the room.

I made a reservation for a room with two beds and got a single double bed and couch bed. Seeing as I was with my teenage daughter it seemed inappropriate to sleep in the bed and so I took the couch. However, it was one of the most comfortable couch beds I've slept on.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable...to sit on (see below). The bathroom was well appointed and extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent! Definitely worth the price. You can't eat at McDonald's for cheaper.

Based on reviews and pictures I expected much larger rooms. In the room for five we got one double bed, one sofa (ok for two children but narrower for adults) and one foldable bed, with hardly any free space in-between. Ok for one night stop but would be a disaster in case of longer stay. Surprise for such a price - I have decided to pay more after bad experience with too crowded rooms and got one again.

It was ok for an overnight travel stop. The beds were comfortable, locality easily accessible and calm, bathroom shower hot and strong, breakfast pricey but very good.

Entrance to the road leading to Hotel of Main Street was a little tricky. The extra bed was a proper bed and practically placed, it was comfortable but unfortunately squeaky when rolling over during the night.
