This hotel is a block away from Haupbahnoff, good location. the property seems very small but the rooms were big, clean and in general everything was very modern.

Location was perfect, close to transport. Very helpful staff. Rooms were large and comfortable. Quiet and dark room when windows closed and shutters down. Loved the funky design and art themes.

Very bright which was fine because we got up early but the curtains don’t offer any shade if you wanted to sleep in. Not a big deal at all but some may mind!

On our arrival, the front desk was supposed to be open until noon, but no one was there and the door was locked at 11:15am so we could not drop our bags. 10am check out was also pretty early.

Very new and modern. Room was spacious with patio. Windows kept out most of the noise and blackouts were great. We also liked the free mini bar and coffee. Location was close to old town, train station and easy to get to Oktoberfest. Kind people at the reception and luggage storage was convenient. We will be back!

The property is very close to central station and the old town of Munich. It is beautifully appointed and I loved the fact that windows could open and also be shuttered of a night to reduce street noise. The staff were always happy.

The reception closes from 12PM till 2h30PM so we arrrived at 1h30PM and the self check in machine didn't work for us so we had to wait for the reception to open

Loved this little boutique hotel Reception misleading for the actual quality of the hotel. My husband and I thought oh no Nice clean hotel Cosy bed and pillows and luxury quality bedding Clean and usable bathroom, with good access to toiletries Biggest tv in a hotel bedroom al but hardly used by us, but I guess if you were staying I for the evening it's a great addition. Welcome free mini bar and coffee, much needed after days travel Surprised how Quiet it was given how central the hotel is Maybe some information on how to use the ac and blinds would be useful, we struggled with both but it turned out the switch for the blind was broken. This was fixed very quickly after reporting Beautifully decorated, loved all the paintings

Missing dark curtains – at the night time, when electrical light inside is on, I don’t feel a privacy; at the shiny morning it woke me up earlier. Sometimes people’s noise at the evening time. Coffee machine is too complicated and not convenient.

Great location. Nice, polite, and professional staff. Internal design. Modern appliances. Large spaces for luggage and clothes. Refrigerator and complimentary bar. Very cozy and convenient space for relaxing.

There wasn't a restaurant at the property - not an issue for us, but could be for some.

Loved the location of this property, close to main train station and perfect for exploring all the Munich sights, most of which you can walk to. Even though on a tram line, it was incredibly quiet with roller shutters and blockout curtains. Outstanding air conditioning & shower. Room was a bit tight for space for adequate. Items in mini bar are complimentary and self check in is offered outside of reception hours,

Everything about the hotel was fresh, clean and new. The artwork was very appealing. The staff are very warm and engaging and helpful. The double glazing and external blinds blocked all street noise and light. The quiet air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature despite hot weather. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The free mini bar was a generous bonus. It is really close to trams and trains and only short walk to the old town.
