The bathroom is quite small as it is apparently a build-in added to the room. Not a big deal unless you are horizontally challanged ;). The beds were two single beds, not a queen-sized and were a bit too soft for our liking. But again, those are rather observations and we had no real issue with it :)!

Good breakfast till 11 am. The hotel is right in front of a relatively frequent road, but we had a room facing the mountains, so it was very quiet and a great view as a bonus. There is a big terrace as well. Free coffee / tea / mineral water was a nice touch. Check-out till 12 am is also nice.

The bed could've been better. We sank in a lot into the mattress. Because we knew that in our travel period the weather will stay hot we brought our own ventilator but it would also be really good if the hotel provided one on their own. There are no mosquito nets on the windows so we were bitten a lot from one little annoying mosquito which we obviously couldn't find to kill the whole trip. The room was clean but in my opinion it could've received a deep cleaning to really get everything out the corners and behind/under the beds.

The breakfast was amazing and had everything you need to get energy for a good hiking trip or a trip to the lake. The room was small but enough since we were away the whole time. There is a terrace where you can relax in the evening. The hotel has a water dispenser which we used a lot to fill up our bottles for our trips. It was also really helpful that there were 3 areas where you could park your car. The location was pretty good, in walking distance we had a supermarket, a petrol station and a bus station. When you check in you receive a card for a 5€ deposit which allows you to use the busses and gets you a discount in some museums and other locations.

The room has no air-conditioning, and on a hot summer day we had to open the window for some fresh air and we were stung with flies all night.

The breakfast is Exceptional. The room was clean. Ample parking available. Free water and coffees for clients Any time of the day.

Great breakfast buffet ! A lot of fresh food to chose from. Nice cheese and sausage platters and a variety of fresh bread and bun. good cafe and tea. clean room but small. view from the window was very limited to the mountains. View was blocked from a large tree with leaves. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight.

Very clean close to public transportation and grocery as well as restaurants morning coffee at the balcony with Mountain View was the best of all. Check in instructions pretty cool and the lady was very nice and courteous 🥰

The beds were very bad, not only two small mattresses with a gap between but also very soft and unstable. I suffered with a back pain for days after the stay. I removed the mattress and slept without it, which was better. The bathroom is a joke for hotel but ok if it was called camping. It looks like that 90s refurbishment that has never been updated. Not surprising, but always disappointing.

Nice staff and easy to walk to the kristal therme, which is amazing!

Breakfast was delicious. They have fresh items like freshly baked break, fruits fresh dairy products. Coffee and fresh water to drink was available through out the day. Location was amazing I had amazing views from window. They have beautiful patio and swings in backyard. It was in front of train station so didn't have to take any taxi. Tourist bus stop was nearby.
