The location was a bit far from any hotspots, however the public transportation was easy to use and close by.

The room was gorgeous. The kitchen came equipped with every appliance needed, and a lovely coffee machine. The staff was lovely.

The place is very close to a loud road. It didn't bother me, but it could be bothersome for people sensitive to noise. The mini-fridge had a funny smell, but the receptionist took note and said they'll look into it.

Giant fluffy pillows! The receptionists are great, very friendly and professional. The kitchenette is well stocked with equipment. The bathrooms are clean and have hot water on demand. It's clean and modern. The beds are comfortable and the sheets freshly washed. The location is so-and-so. There is a Lidl close-by and the bus station you want to sue is Ostkreuz. Have a pleasant stay.

The locks on the doors. Pretty much the only thing. Needlessly difficult.

The staff were all really helpful, above and beyond helpful. They were a pleasure to interact with. I have no idea what makes the difference between being a guest and being a member, but I am definitely intrigued.

Everything felt a bit cheap in the room. Shower rail was a bit broken. Towel dryer didn't work. Cleaners were coming very early and then never returning, so my room was never cleaned in a week. Noisy street outside - make sure to take earplugs during warm months.

Good location - easy to reach from airport and then go to city center. Also all night life is nearby so you won't spend too much on taxies at night. Generally had no major issues and felt comfortable so would stay here again if needed.

To be fair, I think for the price the hotel exceeded my expectations! For my boyfriend the bed was a bit uncomfortable but I think it was absolutely fine. There is nothing to criticise :)

The stuff was so nice and friendly. We got some chocolate as a welcome gift which was so sweet. All in all it was a really good stay, the beds were fine, the kitchen was really good and I would love to come back. Thank you so much!

Staff were so helpful, helped me check in early. The room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette had everything you needed. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated. I cannot wait to come back here next time I visit Berlin.

No air conditioning - or at least no air conditioning controls in the room I could find.

Great location only 1 min from Ostkreuz station, direct train from airport. Lots of restaurants nearby or an Aldi if you are cooking for yourself.

The only thing was the Wifi password wasn't in the room, so I had to go downstairs to the reception to get it. I would recommend adding a pamphlet in every room with all the important details like Wifi, emergency numbers, how to work the appliances, etc.

I loved the waterfront view, the spaciousness of the room, the included kitchen with many appliances, the clean and modern bathroom and the breakfast was very good!

Perfect place and affordable for a few nights in Berlin. I will rebook this same place for my next visit. Close to S Bahn station, walking distance from some Techno clubs and restaurants. So overall, amazing.

Well-located and only 5min away from train station. Close enough to good food and shopping locations (Taqueria was our fave) in Boxhagen Square. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, from our interactions in emails before-hand, to lending us adaptors and storing luggage after our check out at no extra charge. It is a clean, spacious and modern environment, which allows a great deal of independence which modern travellers/tourists like nowadays. Easy and smooth check-in at the desk and a hands off checkout. The room (automatically assigned a disabled access room) was very spacious and had dishwasher, microwave and 2-hob stove which was very convenient and not usual.

The prices could be lower, but hotel prices in Berlin are high everywhere

I really liked how quiet the room was although I had my windows facing the railroad. Superb! It was very clean, all the cutlery and kitchen appliances were there. The location is convenient for reaching a major railway station as well as some other S-bahn stations and buses. There are some restaurants, Lidl, Aldi in the neighborhood, an Edeka opened 365 days a year is 2 km away, can go there by bus.
