Themed rooms and nice recreational area with pool and hammocks set this hotel apart from others. It is located close to the highway and was perfect for a break on route to France. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

5:30 in the morning, some drunk wedding guests made a lot of noise, but my wife told them to be quiet, and they were scared. When we arrived at the breakfast buffet, many things were finished. But, when we told the staff, they replenished (I guess they were tired from the previous night's wedding party).

When we arrived, very late, at Landhotel Beverland, there was a wedding party. The kitchen was closing, and the local restaurant was closed. We asked if we at least could have some sandwiches, but Landhotel Beverland provided slow-cooked flank steak (delicious!) and cupcakes. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a spectacular swimming pool.

The room was really hot (no fan or a/c). The beds could do with an upgrade.

Our son loved the Boxing room! The food in the restaurant was great and the staff was really nice. Beautiful area in the country.

The restaurant was very slow..

Loved the swimming pool and the room. Fantastic value for money. Not easy to find such a good family room when travelling with 3 kids.

There were only two minor things. Given we're still in coronavirus times the fact they had a buffet breakfast felt quite uncomfortable. Everyone was happily taking food with shared spoons and sharing bottles of fruit juice. Didn't feel right. Additional minor point was we were on the ground floor and you could hear the train vibrations during the night.

The staff welcome was very friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. Family rooms are difficult to find good ones for 2 adults and 2 young kids (7 & 2), whereas the thought that had gone into the design of this room was excellent. Lots of nice details. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved their stay. Next time we'd hope to try the pool. Last thing the area around the hotel is very nice.

Everything, customer service was really bad. They don’t have real hotel staff. I was arriving late at night snd they couldn’t properly prepare the room. The key card was not working the beds were not made for families. I told them i would leave at 4 in the morning. They closed of the hotels and we had to find some alternative route to exit the hotel. It was just terrible

Very unprofessional and slow service at the restaurant. Food took 45 minutes to arrive, potatoes were not cooked through. No attention to the basic details of the food. Piece of ham in the swimming pool was disgusting. Beds in the “Star Wars” room were incredibly uncomfortable. Too warm in the rooms (no air conditioning).

Receptionist did not check that We already paid through booking.com and took 140 too much on my credit card. I said: - That is an expensive breakfast :) I think I already paid for the room? - Let me check. Oh yes, you did.

Maybe there could have been a small plate adapted for kids at the dinner buffet, but in general it was ok.

Family friendly hotel in all. Very nice pool area. Clean rooms with themes. Good value for the money.
