Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Georgia1. My booking said: free facilities, but be aware, that there will be no robe, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers. I only got the "shampoo+bodywash 2in1" combo and liquid soap. Later, after asking, the friendly man from the reception gave me the toothpaste and the toothbrush. 2. I had aircon on my booking-list, but it wasn't in my room. It was 30 grads outside and I had to ask for it. Got the standing aircon then. It was too noisy. 3. Breakfast was tasty, but not much to choose out from and food was totally the same both days. 4. I was there for my friend's marriage and no one said to me that the hotel door closes at 11PM. I came back late and found out, that I can't get in. No card terminal or button or anything to open that door. The taxi driver helped me out and showed me the another entrance from the other side of the street and there I found an open door to get in. I'm so lucky the driver knew about this place.
1. Room was clean, with big windows. Quiet neighborhood. 2. Really friendly staff and ready to help. 3. Tasty food/breakfast.

After the lubeck hotel it was like going to heaven ! Everything was excellent, a beautiful, big, modern hotel room and furnishings. The breakfast was terrific , plenty of choice and catering for all tastes. A quarter of an hour walk took one through the main shopping streets and to the railway station

GermanyParking is on the street, the property has only a very small number of parking spaces in its garage. Internet connexion was rather poor, no direct communication with the front desk via telephone, one has to send a sms which never was noticed or returned. Breakfast is served on fixed turns to avoid overcrowding in their rather small restaurant area, we chose the middle turn, the salad bowls (tomatoes, cucombers, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc) were fast empty, there was no bacon left and it had not been replaced.
Dog friendly prroperty with a 15€ extra cleaning fee, we stayed only one night. Room was quiet and clean. Check in can be partially be mad in advance on line to save time at desk
