The hotel near to the city center and the central train station. Good spot for shoppers and travelers. It was a lovely stay in this hotel. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Arrived on a Saturday evening and felt a little afraid when walking through the surrounding streets. However, during the day all was quiet and felt quite safe.

Hotel has passed its glory days but room appeared to have been refurbished. Location within walking distance of Munich main train station, so very convenient. Lots of options for food close by.

Location great, short walk from main station. Rooms refurbished and very comfortable. Had a kettle to boil water so could make cup of tea! Not common in most hotels we stayed in. Very central to main city areas and plazas. Very reasonably priced.

The surrounding area is multicultural. Not for those that are sensitive to nightlife. We sleppt well.

At night it's a bit shady on the street and there may be some noise as there are several bars opposite the hotel

The area is not "pretty" but we never felt unsafe. There was an issue with our shower, but the manager responded quickly when advised. Sheets didn't fit the bed properly- not a major issue, just a little annoying.

The hotel is very convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. The manager and his staff are very helpful. Easy access to trains, Marienplatz, bus tours, shops and restaurants. The area is multicultural with lots of different food options. Perfect for a short stay in the city.

While the location is a positive, it’s also a slight negative, lots of immigrants/lost people walking around the area, no harm but there’s better locations.

The street the hotel is in isn't the most pleasant looking, but the hotel and surrounding streets more than made up for this.

The location at first looks unpleasant, but it is actually only 5 mins walk from Munich Hauptbahnhof and about 10 - 15 mins walk from Marienplatz. The hotel has an elevator, staff are friendly and our room was clean, comfortable, spacious with enough storage space for our 5 bags. Staff had configured the room to suit our family before we arrived. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast which we enjoyed.
