The hotel room was very expensive for the room that was given. Also the parking should have been free since we paid a lot of amount just for 2 days stay. They charged 18 EUR for 1 day parking. Water from the washroom was coming out on the carpet since there was no partition or divider to separate the bathroom floor from the room and because of this we had to be extra cautious since we had 2 small kids.

The hotel is very centrally located and near to one of the U train station Hauptbahnhof. There are lots of restaurants on the street with variety of eating options.

Worned out. Very basic room and very basic breakfast. Not worth that amount of money.

Room and bathroom had a bad smell , like sewage smell . Its good room for the price but you have to improve to eliminate that nasty smell . Other thing , the hotel is in a good location , 2 minutes walk to the trainstation . But .... be carefull , the street is horrendous , and at night its even worse , full of homeless , drug addicts , criminals ,drug dealers and beggers . Do not recomend walking alone if you are a female \ or just a simple man with no intentions to fight anyone , hotel overrall is nice , its not expensive and rooms are ok for the price , but be ready to face off or fight with someone on the street . Not a good street to walk alone .

The TV often lost signal, the hair dryer overheated within a minute, the wifi was more unavailable than available with a weak signal. There was no kettle in the room and they charged €3 for coffee at the reception

Location of the hotel is close to the Main Station what brings you anywhere. Pleasant temperature in the room and you can ventilate the room

- location. Very central but fishy street - if you arrive after 9am to brrakfast don’t expect any food refill

- they let us check-in ealier and leave our luggage there for a couple of hours after the check-out - Wi-Fi connection is great - breakfast is ok -bedroom is small but confy. bed is comfortable

Stairs and lifts a NO. Beds and rooms are too small. Bathroom VERY small. Basic standard barely reached. There is not enough value for money even though distance to train station short.

Close to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Matraces and duvets are excellent.

Lots of stairs which was difficult with multiple bags and kids with a small lift between floors, 4 single beds rather than 5, given a cot for a 3 year old.

The staff was a little rude during my stay from my check in till the check out, the location is really bad, its a sketchy street, a bit overpriced for what they offer.

The room was really clean and kind of comfortable, I did not have any issue with it, but that's the minimum that one would expect at staying in a hotel
