The room was too small. Also the bed. We had a baby bed and we could not almost have it next to us. Price of the parking space too expensive for clients.

I liked the location close to transport, shops and in a very nice area. Room has natural light and toilet snd bathroom are fine. Shower and toilet are separated. Quiet room.

Room too small, AC didn't work for both the days. No telephones in the room so we had to go down all the way to complain on reception. Breakfast was very basic, no scramble eggs, only boiled eggs., No safe or lockers in the room.. A separate toilet and bathroom makes it bit difficult for me but not a big issue.

Location was excellent, staff were very helpful especially Ali (Pakistan) went out of the way to help us to find food online. He and his colleague guided us to an Italian restaurant nearby, we had a great dinner.

Super small room. We stayed in a twin single and were practically on top of each other. Tiny shower/bathroom area. It's an Ibis so you get what you pay for.

Great location near the Zoo and metro. The hotel was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable as well. If you need a quick stay in Berlin or something cheap then this is a good option.

I got surprised that they the customers use the elevator which is currently being repaired. I do understand it is operative/functional, but it gives a weird first impression when you enter and its fully covered by cartons. Please be aware that there is no wardrobe/closet in the room.

Excellent location, just a few steps from metro station Wittenbergplatz. There is a supermarket and restaurants across the hotel. Fast check-in and good customer service by the reception staff. Spotlessly clean room, comfy bed, strong Wi-Fi connection and a variety of options for breakfast. Reasonable prices.

Location is perfect. Just a few steps away from Witenbergplatz U bahn and Kudamm. Clean and comfortable room with basic facilities. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk

I would have been happy to pay a few Euros extra for a water kettle and instant coffee in the room. It would have been great with a sink in the toilet, washing my hands in the separate bathroom was a bit inconveniet.

The toilet doesn't have a wash-hand basin which we didn't like, so we had to use the one in the bath. The ventilation in the room and bathrooms were not the best as well.

We knew the room was a bit small, so it wasn't a surprise for us, but the room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was also good enough. I guess the location was also fine since there were a couple of bus stops and a metro station nearby. The internet was also interestingly really good. Overall it was a good stay for us.

It's budget hotel, so everything is small, without much furniture, refrigerator (you can borrow hairdryer in reception) or any space for luggage. TV has blocked Netflix, Youtube and you will not able to connect your phone. Also it was very strange that last day cleaning stuff enter room without knocking or waiting when we will check out.

Room was clean, quiet and have curtains for making enough dark in night. Hotel is close to metro, Tiergarten, Zoo, and it is placed in relatively quiet street. We are eating outside of hotel. There is also small "market refrigerator" in reception for beverages to buy.

Obviously nobody loves renovation work there was some noise during the day but I was hardly in the hotel then so it wasn't any issue everything else was fine

The staff were very lovely and helpful there is some renovation work going on at the hotel the currently which is probably making their lives quite difficult but they couldn't have been more helpful and they also gave me a birthday surprise in my room which was very lovely for a budget hotel. The hotel is extremely close to the U barn underground it's within a five-minute walk of the zoo loads of shops restaurants and other transport links so all in all it was a very good stay.
