the room was very small and it’s next to noisy street to it you’re sensitive to noise, remember to take the ear plugs. you need to pay for the car park if you want to keep your car inside a garage.

No shampoo or body wash provided for my room. Was available in the other room though. Breakfast can be greatly improved. The bread was so hard and doesn't feel fresh at all.

Comfortable quiet and clean room. Easily accessible via public transport and close to the old town square. Staff were good and helpful.

The room was not very clean – there were hairs between the bedsheets, personal items of the previous guest and when we moved the stool, we were disappointed to find at least a month‘s worth of dust. The worst thing, however, was the toilet. The cubicle positively stank as if someone had smoked in there. Very disagreeable! I could’ve done without the strange noises (from the piping, presumably.)

I liked the location, very convenient – the city centre and famous Münster ist just a few minutes‘ walk away. The room was a decent size and the bed and bedding was okay. The blinds worked, so that was good. There was also a third bed in our room – an option for a child, perhaps.

At our arrivel, the door could not be opened with a code. We recieved 3 new codes from the receptom but we could not open the door- obviosly the door terminal was defect. Each time a had to go from reception to the door on 4th floor to try the new code…After one hour a employee finaly opened the door with a key. It was 22:30h and i was with my 10 year old daughter. So they should opened IT imidiatley with a key. The 1h waiting was apsolutely unnecesary!!

in the morning the cleaning lady opened my door with her own key literally 1 sec after she knocked. The door opening code didn't work in the morning (in spite of the fact that check out time is noon), once getting out of the room we stayed blocked in the corridor and had to run downstairs for help.

not far from the train station, clean and relatively cheap. Decent wifi. An option of 24h self check-in is a fun quest (takes some time though, maybe it is worth to explain better how it works)

The hotel was as expected and needed (a basic hotel was booked and found). Therefore, i was completly satisfied. Location wqs choosen due to distance to the old town, which is just a few meters away from the hotel.

There were constant noise of air conditioning or fan from the bathroom. The bed sheets were smelling cigarette smok and we had to ask the cleaning lady to change them. There were no soup to wash hands.

The location is great as it is central and near central station and downtown. The size of room was alright and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms are small but functional. The shower is tiny.

Good location. 7min walk to the main Cathedral. You are are a short walk to everything in Ulm. You are across the street from the Ulm theater. And a couple of block from the main train station. Good value hotel for short stays. Easy parking for motorcycles. Room had air conditioning which was good.

Most unfriendly staff of any hotel I think in the world. And I travel a lot. Credit card machine was broken. Check in kiosk was broken. Not able to pay by credit card online like every other hotel in the world. The staff said we had to pay cash. ATM at the bank next door was broken. We paid €100 of the €114 bill. We got a phone call at 10pm demanding we leave dinner and come back to the hotel to pay the rest of the bill. €14. Or get up at 7am and pay the next day. 7am. Totally unreasonable. It's not my fault 3 of the 4 payments methods available aren't working. Next morning at breakfast, crowded breakfast room, the staff demanded we get up and move tables. Meanwhile there are 15 more people standing in line for food. Where are the other 15 going to sit, even if we did move. So... apparently people from Ulm are known for being unfriendly.

Location, room, facilities, cost were all good. Easy walk to the city center.

The rooms are not as new as in the pictures. The shower is directly in the room and there is no place for intimacy. No extra pillows or blankets. We asked for an extra pillow but we got a towel.

Pictures and description of the rooms are 80% accurate. Below the hotel is a garage and costs 6 EUR. The hotel is a short walk from the city center. The staff is polite and willing to help. If you are coming by car, the hotel is in a green zone so you must have a green environmental badge.

There was no soap to wash hands. But it’s a budget hotel, so kind of expected. To be fair there was shower gel in the shower that could be used instead of the soap.

We were arriving in the midnight. Reception is closed at nights but the lady called us and told us our room number and a code for the door. We could easily get in. However another guest had problems with their check in point.

Breakfast doesn't worth the money. Basic items were missing. No ventilation in the WCs. Air Conditioning was set to minimum. If windows are opened, sleeping is nearly impossible due to the traffic outside. If AC is turned on, it throws only hot air which is even worst in mid May. We were not able to sleep whole night, which eventually affected our next day activities and drive back home.

Location is good. Different restaurants and shopping places are by walk accessible.

The AC was not working properly (imagine in summer, how bad it is without AC) the toilet was horrible. There was no ventilation. The shower also was not clean and you will be surprised because you will burn yourself from the water as it turns hot.. The beddings are not cleaned and smelly. Lastly, the breskfast was simple.

The little thing that left bad taste in the stay - it was impossible to get hot water to make yourself a tea. There was an overpriced vending machine in the lobby, that poured coffee instead of requested tea.

Hotel is very close to train station, felt very safe, was very clean. Breakfast was simple, but everything one might need or want. Room was big enough, towels are clean, bed very comfortable. Enough of powerpoints etc. We would stay again
