Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ChileFor the price, the rooms are quite small. If you're planing to stay for several days, it can easily become a bit hard to maintain the order. Not much storage space for clothing.
I was on a trip where I needed a good place to stay near Frankfurt Hbf. The Intercity gives you both, with clean and modern-looking rooms. The staff is really helpful as well. The beds are also very comfortable.

United StatesReally hard to come up something. Of course, some areas around the train station are still a bit on the seedy side, but compared to old days (when I lived in Frankfurt) the whole neighborhood has vastly improved.
Excellent functional modern room, nicely furnished. Fairly recent new construction in what was a big empty space very good wifi, everything working well. Great sound insulation even in a room facing the street. Covenient location, side entrance to the South side of the main station literally just across the street. (Flixbus station right around the corner). Friendly staff. Plenty of quick breakfast places in the "Hauptbahnhof". Easy walk to the many museums along the Main river and other major attraction.

United StatesThe hotel has a minimalistic approach to comfort - the room has no tea kettle to make tea, no iron, one pillow, one towel of each kind, and one glass. You could ask for most of the missing things at the reception, but when you get tired from your journey to the hotel it is not what you want to do. There is a nice TV, but the hotel TV system installed on it operates poorly and there is no provision to connect your laptop to use your subscriptions like Netflix or Disney. Air conditioning was not working properly, but opening the window did the job. All that, I guess, helps to save money, and the price is, indeed, fair.

Very well located, right next to the train station and a short distance from the centre. We were checked in by O.T. Wong who was extremely nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and we slept well.

United Arab Emirateswe booked the room through booking.com and gave the card details .Later we changed the card and got the message mentioning that the card is re placed . but on the day of check-in when my collogues reached the reception said the booking is cancelled . They came Milan to Frankfurt by train at about 7.30pm . they had to wait until I reach from Dubai at 9pm and pay for the room .The reception said the system has automatically cancelled the booking Why this happened please reply to me - welcome tray with kettle should be provided in a 4 star hotel - no toothpaste-brush etc . no drinking water is provided.

TurkeyWe are staying at this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Messe. Its proximity to the train station is a significant advantage. The hotel bar was very nice. I haven't tried the breakfast. The check-in counter tends to be quite crowded.

Staff were lovely, they were always very helpful :) I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the interior of the hotel was, and the breakfast had a good choice.
