For foreign visitors, the selection of TV channels isn't great (a large number of German channels but practically nothing in other languages).

The hotel meets good standards, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is fine with a bus stop in front of the hotel and the main railway station next door.

In need of refurbishment in the rooms and the public areas. Bed mattress was ok, but pillows were at the end of their life. No air conditioning. No offer of a fan. The light for the desk was right at one end and could not be moved, which made it too dark to work.

Good location next to the Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast was ok for €17. nice that there was a fridge in the room. Sufficient plug sockets by the bed and by the desk.

Better pillows, but I asked for another one and it was no problem. The in/out system to the car park is a bit confusing.

Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful members of staff. The hotel is really handy to the old town and you get your free travel pass which is a nice extra.

We spend two nights. No one came to change the towels or cleaned the bin after the first night. (Probabely a mistake because we saw cleaning staff working in other rooms in the morning.) The room didn't have airco. It was warm so we had to open the windows. During the night there was twice noice from the street (altough the rooms were next to a calm street). Of course this is not the fault of the hotel but we couldn't have a good night rest.

The room was clean and elegant, we stayed in hostels before so the hotel environment was an upgrade. The staff was very nice, despite the little personal contact. The room was very quiet and had an intimate feeling. It is located right next to the train station, but you do not hear a thing from the trains.

Great location near to the main railway station. Staff were really friendly and helpful, not just with check in but also recommendations for restaurants nearby. The view from my room was excellent, really cannot recommend enough. Will be back!

Bathroom is small. Wifi connection speed is tied to sing up into their Rewards program.

The hotel is quite awesome. Great location, just a couple of meters from the train station, and 3 or 4 steps from the bus station. You can walk to get to the parks, the lake, and the Old Town. The staff is really really polite and helpful. Definitely, I will book again when I come back to Stralsund.

No facilities for 200 euro per day. No spa, no gym, no pool, no coplimentary breakfast, not even they clean or change towels regularly. Only one english speaking staff is there, if is not in duty we cant communicate with them. The hotel facilities looks very similar to a cheap indian oyo room.
