There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower cubicle. Took quite sometime before the complaint was dealt with, Consequently a lot of time was wasted in the morning which upset our already tight schedule for the day. Housekeeping quality checks need better processes and controls.

Hotel is very centrally located just across the main train station. Breakfast was very good.

While the efficiency of the check-in process was appreciated, I found that the hotel lacked the personalized touch often found in boutique establishments. This became more apparent during interactions with staff, where the level of human connection seemed diminished. Moreover, the experience with housekeeping was not satisfactory. Despite daily requests for cleaning, the room was only attended to on the third day, resulting in an unpleasant rubber smell that overshadowed other aspects of the stay.

Le Méridien Munich impressed me with its chic and modern design, perfectly complementing its urban setting. The hotel's proximity to major attractions made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The check-in experience was efficient, reminiscent of mainstream chain hotels, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival.

Informed at check in that pool was temporarily closed for cleaning - not a big deal but I had been planning on using it. Housekeeping threw out some of my toiletries that were almost empty thinking they were rubbish, but it meant I had no toothpaste or face wash after the first night (luckily my friend did).

The room was a good size with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15-20 min walk into the centre of town. While the area around the train station is not the nicest, we felt safe walking to the hotel, even at night. Being across from the train station meant coming from and getting to the airport was easy.

There were many constructions going on near the hotel now and needs to take attention walking around.

Location is very convenient as it is walking distance from Munich central station and major sightseeings. Clean room.

We were on the 7th floor so it was a little hot in the room but not unbearable.

The property is located opposite the central train station which was very handy for getting around the city. The facilities were as listed and our room was cleaned well everyday.

Button that we use in the sink was not working while we get into the room. We didn’t use cold water in the first time. It was bad experience since we need to get out quickly from the room. However, we waited half an hour to get the problem solved. We expected that the room was controlled before we make check in. It was not a big deal but experiencing these kind of problems in a hotels like Meridien is not something we used to see a lot.

The area outside the hotel and the two blocks back to the old city are fairly confronting. Being opposite the main raily station, it can be busy but with lots of homeless and beggars.

Only issue I had was I travelled with a group of friends and we stayed on different floors. If we wanted to go to another floor it was not possible which was a bummer. The key only allowed you to your floor and not another floor. Another thing that put me off was outside the hotel to the side street which was as if you walked into a ghetto in the middle east.

Location was right opposite the Munich Hbf station and a 10 min walk to Marienplatz the centre. Plenty of eateries along the way. Good bar in the hotel with very friendly staff at the bar. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. There was a small fridge in every room as well. Very good pool and sauna open till late and 24 hrs gym

There was a lack of amenities and no information as how to get them. House keeping was very busy to obtain them.

Location was good and convenient for travel. It is not the nicest part of town but easy access to transport.

The staff really got out of their way for us, I underwent surgery during that period, and the assistant manager and the rest of the staff really got out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Really appreciate all they did for us thank you very much.

The room was ideal and on 6th floor. Unfortunately the shower head kept slipping down and didn't seem to click into position. The air condition in the room was rather noisy and woke us up during the night. We also didn't except to see a mouse in the bar!!

We have stayed in Le Méridien several times and we always enjoy it. The staff at reception are welcoming and helpful. We had an upgrade over looking the garden which was a quiet room and pleasant. The bar was also quite lively in the evening, much more so than in the past but enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent as in close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof and ideal for travelling to the Messe Munchen, Marienplatz etc.
