-Main door of building was supposed to need a code but when pushed it would just open without a code which was a safety concern. -Front door didn’t have an extra lock other than the code. -Room wasn’t clean- kitchen items were dirty and the items weren’t put away in their places either, but rather we had to pull everything out the dishwasher upon arrival. And the few items in the drawer were sticky with some substance. -Walls seemed a bit grubby with dirty stains and patches.

-Location is extremely central. -Room size is very comfortable. -The room design is pretty, modern and cosy but large and spacious. -The code system is comfortable. -All amenities available. -Soap and dishwasher tablets and all kitchen utensils provided. -Heating and WiFi available as well as very large windows.

Sofa was not comfortable. Cushions were way too soft and you just sunk down way too far into the frame to be comfortable. Also had a potentially dangerous situation. Advertising flyers had been stuffed in the mailboxes so that the flaps did not close, making it absolutely impossible to open the door to the street. Four people tried unsuccessfully. We were basically trapped. Finally one of the women from the Thai Spa on the fourth floor retrieved a basement key. Was able to exit through the basement and come around to the front to rescue us. Could have been scary.

There was no breakfast. Apartment was small but well appointed. Especially appreciated the washing machine.

There's no temperature control so it was too warm to sleep well and the pillows were awfully uncomfortable, soft and lumpy so I slept dreadfully. There's no interior lock so I didn't feel safe without barricading the door. That absolutely needs to change

It's spacious, clean and has all the facilities you need for a short or even a long stay. It's centrally located. An easy ride on public transport to the conference centre and to the airport. With minor changes it could be much more comfortable.

The only thing we missed was not having a ”do not disturb” sign to hang on the door for the cleaning. Otherwise everything was great.

Self-checkin was easy and convenient. Lots of space in the room. The small welcome package was excellent. (Still in use!) The fan was useful for the warm night. Big fluffy pillows.

At night, construction was going on somewhere and it was noisy. Maybe there was a lack of general space where you could sit outside the room or prepare a meal.

There was only one issue : when receiving the final confirmation with the codes and details on how to get there, we realized that the two units we had booked were not located one next to each other ; it said we had to access each suite from entries that were located on two different streets. That troubled us, since we were travelling with our kids and wanted them to stay close to us. We contacted the staff via WhatsApp (that was only some hours before our check-in) and we got a reply very quickly. They proposed another unit closer by, but the extra $ was quite high for us (last minute cleaning fees, etc.) and since we had already almost arrived at the location, we decided to keep things as they were. And luckily ! Because in reality, all the suites are located in the same building, connected with each-other by an internal stairway, even though one part of the building is accessible by an entrance door on the pedestrian street and the other part from a side street. Would we have known that, then we would not have troubled the staff...

Great central location and yet quiet. Clean, big rooms, comfy beds, good WiFi, kitchenette well equipped to prepare a quick breakfast. Nice bathroom, only missing some shelfing and hooks for towels, in my opinion. Price was excellent for what we got ! Decent Mexican restaurant next door with nice atmosphere. We had booked 2 suites. The pre check-in online went smooth as well (yes, you have to send a selfie of yourself, but that did not bother us). Instructions for the self-service check-in were detailed and clear, no problem with the key-codes. But make sure to read all the instructions you receive for the check-in, there are several pages (ex.: one code for the entrance door + one code for your room). At first, we skipped the last part of the instructions and had trouble with accessing our room, but then paid more attention to the entire instructions and all was clear and easy !
