I wouldn't call this a hotel, but rather a hostel. There is no check-in desk. You need to call a number, then some guy who speaks basic German at best opens the door and hands you a key to your room. Rooms are clean but our bathroom was smelling of mold or old smoke.

Basic accommodation, relatively clean with easy check-in process. Nothing fancy but decent value, especially considering the central location.

The bathrooms need a renovation. Thin walls, noisy from the other rooms. No DND sign for the door.

The carpet was not clean as the bathroom. One of the nightstand was not stayed on the wall. Outside of the windows has some dust and the curtain was not clean. Wifi connection was not good and I have to use my own mobile for the internet.

Location was great, It was quiet but also close to the city central. The room was big and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was great and stayed cleann.

The confusion when we arrived was not expected. We were unsure if we had arrived at the hotel at first. The floor carpet could need another cleaning.

The rooms were good. The bathroom clean and shining. The bed was ok. Good towels. The hotel is easy to reach from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof with the U3, with a short walk. Staff is friendly.

A late change of travel plans from Hamburg airport so I needed somewhere to stay close to the airport late. The hotel was convenient, good price and comfortable. I had 5 hours good sleep between changed flight connections.

We booked a double room with a bath, but we were offered a triple room with a shower, because the staff cleaned the wrong room. It was a bit of a shame, because we specifically chose a room with a bath, but we didn't want to argue because we were very tired from the road.

There was a pretty good view from the window, a good location of the room.

Unfortunately it was not clean, especially the floor. The walls were very thin so you could precisely hear another guest in their rooms. Also not close to the city center. To sum up - a bit expensive.

The room was quite bright and spacious, with modern bathroom.

The room was really dirty (big marks on walls, extremely dirty floor, garbage under the beds). One window was broken so I couldn’t open it. Thin walls so I was able to hear every neighbor, or anyone in the corridor. There’s no reception, so I had to call a contact person anytime I wanted to ask about anything.

The room was big and bright, with a new bathroom, but that’s it.

Arrived at closed door. Instructions on door said to call somebody on a mobile. Great if you are on a UK tariff - not. Then as we were scrambling for phones in our luggage somebody suddenly opened the door to let us in. I am not going to carry on as it is a waste of my time, but this guy was creepy. I once caught him staring at me as I was walking past to the said door to go outside and as I turned around... he was still staring at me blatantly rude

Did not like the location and no elevator! With bad knees we had to walk up and down 3 flights.

A little bit noisy, the windows are not too good for noise canceling.

The u bahn (at Mundsburg) is only a ten minutes walk, so the public transport connection is quite good. The parking with car close to the hotel is possible and not too expensive.

The host had refused to show us the room and insulted us verbally. He requested us to pay extra 200 Eurs and when We paid it with visa card through his payment machine, he said the payment failed and you have to pay it again. Then we paid it again. So we paid twice. After one day, we realized that we paid twice, we contacted him and requested to send the money back but he is not responding for more than a week.

The card machine only took credit card and the staff didn’t want to let us sleep before they could sort it out - we arrived after 1am so we were not happy. There was a lot of noise, the fan in the bathroom was on all the time and made lots of noise, the door nob was broken
