Great location, new and clean.

Only minor thing: The room I had didn't have a desk/chair for working from, like the other Motel One I've been to, but I could work downstairs at the desks near reception instead.

Motel One hotel's always maintain a certain standard of comfort, and this hotel was no exception! The room was as expected (after staying in other Motel One's) and was very comfortable for my needs. Nice bed, clean room, and compact yet effective bathroom, with a fabulous reception/lounge area for working from or relaxing. Staff were helpful, I could get an iron & ironing board that was clean and in good working condition for my room. With some restaurants nearby, 1 train station from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof/Central, and a short walk to the old town & commercial district, it was the perfect spot for my business trip. Will return again for future trips to Frankfurt!

Due to location it is on the pricier side compared to other hotels near the main train station. I read on some reviews that some areas around train station could be sketchy. I am single female travelling alone so it was better to pay more.

Location was good, tram stops right in front of the hotel that takes you to/from Frankfurt main train station. Convenient if you have luggage, otherwise it is also very walkable from train station. Also walking distance to everywhere (Hauptwache, old town, train station, Eiserner Steg). It is away from the busier parts of main train station area and old town, so if you prefer more quiet location this is good. Didn't feel unsafe around the area. Didn't have breakfast here, but they have a bar open 24 hrs. Also like the artsy design of the rooms, very efficient use of space even though rooms are small. Stayed here alone so didn't feel tight at all.

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was across from where #11 street car stopped. It’s very convenient commute to the airport. You can walk to the Christmas market and churches.

The room was a bit tight but the architect did a great job using every possible inch of it.

The breakfast room was not fit for purpose (it was a lounge) and it was a little bit crowded. On the last day, the whole hotel had to be evacuated at 2am due to a fire alarm (I found out at check out that it was someone smoking in the parking). However, the staff did not direct us or give us any info during the evacuation nor during the return to the rooms.

Very nice rooms, quiet and clean. Location is superb, next to the city center and with public transportation right out of the door. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful on the last day when we forgot the headphones in the room.

The room felt a bit small, but that’s probably expected because of such central location of the hotel.

1. Unbeatable location - Frankfurt Main, just minutes away from Römerberg, tram station across the street, bridge and financial district just a few blocks away. Short walk from Gaststätte Atschel 2. Staff was saying originally booked room by booking.com was too small for us with the baby (in a friendly manner) - upgraded us (which was great) and had to pay like 20 eur extra (not super bad but unexpected)

I loved the interior design and modern ammenities of this hotel. The rooms were modern and very inviting. It was a pleasure to stay in Motel One and I’ll be back!
