Every thing was good except the airco the room was hot

The booking system could be more flexible and the room was overpriced for the hotel.

The place was convenient to get to the Buchmesse. The room had all we needed for one night. Bed was comfortable and all was clean. Breakfast was good, not outstanding.

I would have appreciated more vegan options on the breakfast buffet and clear signage about the ingredients of the different items.

My room was nice and big, you can open the windows, the curtains kept the early morning out. The shower was great and the staff did an excellent job tidying up.

Nothing in particular but if I'm a bit picky, it is that the room felt a bit cramped with provision for 3 beds to sleep 3. But this is typical with hotel rooms making such provision.

The rooms were okay with good facilities: tea and coffee, large screen TV, clean bathrooms, comfortable recliner leather chair, small fridge/freezer etc. There's paid basement parking but we chose the free street parking which there is plenty of but can be a bit of a distance from the hotel.

The complimentary bottle of water was open, there was no soap in the soap dispenser, there was only 1 tissue left in the tissue dispenser.

Walking distance to Leipzig Messe (10 minutes), great breakfast, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Though it is located within 10 minutes walking distance to the Fair and to tram and train stations, the area is rather dark and uninhabited.

The lift sometimes doesn’t work in morning. They provided a single-bed size blanket while the bed is queen size. Maybe it is because I indicated I travel solo. I actually still expect a queen size blanket. The single-bed size blanket was rather small.

It is a well-maintained old hotel. Room is spacious.

Outdated. Super outdated. It takes you back to 90'. You have to walk to the rooms in long hallways.

Close to Leipzig messe and has parking. Expect nothing more. A place to place your head on a pillow. Breakfast is good!

Very clean. Enough space for a family with a small child. Large parking space. A huge supermarket in walking distance.

Bathroom floor was not really clean but bath and toilet were good. Room was really warm even when we slept with open window.

The hygiene was very poor. A lot of dust and animal hair on a chair in the room. The coffee table was very dusty and disgusting. A lot of dust everywhere.

The bathroom was clean, as well as the bedding. The breakfast was great.

checkin clerk was a bit formal and curt. Also a destination charger for electric vehicles could be added to the facility.

Air conditioning was quite noisy and it didn't prevent our room from being quite hot (but it was a very hot night).

Meals were excellent. We said in advance that two of us were gluten free and they were able to provide gluten free options. We were given adjoining rooms as requested and they opened up the interconnecting door which was a great help. Thank you!

Perfect location for attending events at Leipzig Messe. Room had all the basics and the comfy bed ensured a good nights sleep.

The room was good, warm. The stuff I would evaluate as perfect. Super-welcoming, especially Taiwanese guys. The breakfast is pricy: 17 euros but the offer was also decent. Especially I appreciated a bath in the room - such a big enjoy. Had a great time.

Strange restrictions (pandemic), compering to other German hotels (the same regime); Example I needed to prove I have a business trip; while I have not found info, on official german sites, about it. Also other hotel one week earlier did not make any problems. All in all everything went well.
