Location şs good. Room is so so. They haven't a reception and they give you a key for this building. Too much foreigner live near there.

The region is not safe, especially for women. The room did not have a bathroom, it was shared and it was not clear. Check in is across the street. Upon arrival, the cleaning lady opened my room and upon leaving too, check out is 10 am and it wasn't even 9 am she opened my room saying that the time was already up. I didn't feel safe because of this, and there was no safe.

The reception (the girl) was a little bit rude and not welcoming. But she was not that bad. However, the checking in was so complicated. The reception was in the opposite side of the building. We have to go there to check in and cross the road again to go to hotel. It was not so convenient at all. And The thing is that I really don’t like is the location. The hotel locates near train station, which is closed and convenient. But it is full of people on the street mostly junkies, drug dealers and suspicious people. I was so afraid to get robbed or hit even though I am a man. It is not safe at all even during the day. If you have more choices, I rather suggested you to stay somewhere else. I’m sorry to say the honest things. But if you don’t care about location. I think it is not that bad hotel.

The room was not so expensive. The room looked clean for me. And the cleaning staff was so kind. He helped me to find the room. Because my room is in the 6th floor and they have no signs. So, I got lost somehow, which they also don’t have elevator)

Lift Was not working on the day I check in. My room is on 5th Floor. Also one of the light in Room is not working. There is no reception at this hotel so its very difficult if same problem is arise.

There was an unpleasant smell (probably from the carpet). For some reason it was difficult to fall asleep (air inside or bed bugs?). Overall it can be seen that the room is not new and not cleaned thoroughly. TV was not working.

The room was nice and comfortable overall, not so small. Good to stay for 1 night. There was a table, the bed was ok. The bathroom is also ok, with necessary things provided. Check-in was easy (across the street) and check-out as well.

On the second accommodation building across the street the entrance door opens outwards over two stair steps directly to the pavement, so, you need to climb up to open the door and hold it while climbing down so you can actually enter, if you have luggage it's a nightmare. The elevator was broken.

5 mins walk from the Flix bus station. Very comfortable and silent. Lots of power sockets and good internet connection.

While travelling to Hamburg I got sick and needed some water. I asked the receptionist for a cup of hot water to drink, he showed me to go out and buy from the kiosk. ( Since my visit was between 25-26 December all markets were closed). This hotel made my visit to Hamburg.

This is totally independent from them, but the front street is so loud... but well, if you have an heavy sleep, it should not be a problem

Parking arrangements were a bit strange and instructions weren’t clear If an older person or a woman on her own were to try to figure things out they would panic. I would recommend that somebody escorts guests to the parking facility

Our room wasn’t as nice as the one on the pictures, they have 3 locations on the street and they give you one room but you don’t know which one you’ll get until you check in so you can easily end up with one of the not so great bedrooms from the other locations. Ours was a bit old with some damage here and there, also not very clean but we didn’t mind too much as it was only for a night. However, the neighbourhood is not great and quite loud, which would be ok if the room was insulated properly but no… it was a windy night and it was coming from the windows even though they were closed, and we could here people talk, cars passing by etc. Overall I think I give it a 5/10 bc the price is good and if you get one of the nicer rooms it could be great, but it safer to not expect much.

The price is quite reasonable and the bed is quite good.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, mainly the shower place it was only wiped off, I felt they had the staff to clean the whole toilet and room in 15minutes

Is pretty close to everything that you wanna visit in 2/3days. You have many markets options around to buy food/drinks.

The smell in the room wasn’t nice when we first arrived. The area also wasn’t very nice as I saw multiple people doing drugs and screaming. In the room there wasn’t a closet or hanger to hang or put my stuff. The walls were too thin. At night I woke up because of people talking in the other room on my floor.

We chose this hotel because it said that parking was available. When we arrived, it turned out that they do not have place for us and we had to find parking nearby on our own. On top of this we got a parking ticket for stopping in front of the hotel to unload. The hotel staff could at least write on the website that special request is needed for the parking and give a temporary voucher for stopping at the front door for 10 minutes

Very thin walls to other guests. Elevator stopped one time between two floors (!).

Clean, comfy beds, nice view (morning sunrise), room looked good.
