Probably my fault for not reading the small print, but I wasn’t aware we could hire bikes from the hotel so paid to hire bikes elsewhere.

Were given a totally unsuitable “Biggy” bedroom (disabled friendly) - which was changed at our request to 1st floor room which we loved. There was a pervading smell of curry, particularly at breakfast time, in & around the dining room,

The missing breakfast. Staff chucking glass into a container at the back of the hotel, where the windows face at midnight or at six in the morning. An air conditioning that can‘t be turned off (controls blocked).

The location is great. The rooms are nice. The price via booking was ok. Pleasant atmosphere.

There was a problem with the ventilation in the bathroom (it was making a lot of noise), but they immediately offer me a new room!! I said that I could handle it for one night and the next day they fixed it!

The room was clean and beautiful. The people at the reception and the bar were lovely, easy to talk and really helpful. The hotel is in a calm area with a lot of restaurants, but at the same time very close to the station.

Would be great if an alternative milk was provided in the room fridge (such as soy or oat). But I am sure if I had asked I could have been provided with some, so only a very minor critique. Also in previous hotels our expectation had been that if you hang your towels up they won't be replaced, whereas if they are on the floor you will get fresh ones. We had hung our towels up, but got fresh towels daily, which isn't necessarily an issue, but we were just trying to reduce our environmental footprint a tiny bit.

Loved our stay for our first time in Berlin. Location was super easy for us to catch the S bahns and U bahns to all the typical tourist locations. Loved how pet friendly it was for our little dog. The room had a dog bed, food bowl, and two toys for our dog. Didn't hear any street or hotel noise. Overall thought the vibe of the hotel was great and the room had a great set up. Couldn't fault anything. Staff were very polite, kind and informative.

I think the lobby area could do with a little more staff. sometimes its busy and not as attentive or cleaning of tables between customers takes a while.

Loved the design. Love that they used a local illustrator to create the key cards and coasters. Great touch! Loved the lobby/bar and vibe, staff are al super friendly and nice. Breakfast pastries were YUM! and fab location.

Very good hotel located in the lively neighbourhood of Charlottenburg, close to many shops and the zoo. The first metro or train station is 10 minutes away. The food for breakfast was great, the room quiet, decoration brand new and overall it felt very clean. Would definitely stay again.

A few things but didn't ruin our experience. Cleaning of the room is on request, toiletries need to be requested too ( like slippers, cotton buds) and no toilet brush.

The hotel is beautiful, great location and I loved the radio in the room !
