I really have no complaints about anything. Even though it was Friday and there were many people in the restaurant, I rested perfectly.

The room was beautiful, as was the entire hotel property. The room was immaculately clean, which was greatly appreciated. High quality towels and sheets. There was welcome tea, coffee and water. The staff is extremely friendly. I can only recommend it!

During check in we didn't pay the city tax, and we were notified at 7 in the morning when our TV turned on automatically with the message. It wasn't s great issue, but they could've done it later.

I went for a conference and the hotel was walking distance from the conference center and many restaurants. There's also a metro station right in front of the hotel. The room was very confortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was amazing -- probably the best part of the stay. The staff is very helpful.

There's been a trend the past few years where the term "suite" has become something applied to a room that just big enough to have, other than the bed, also a small seating arrangement. Our suite was a large room with an open bathroom (doors are nice sometimes...), and as nice as it was I find it a bit of a stretch to call it a suite.

Very good hotel with great staff and services. Great restaurant and nice design, if maybe a bit on the tacky side sometimes. But it has character, and everything is spotless and spacious.

The interiors here were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was included with our stay and food was exceptional. For the price and location, this hotel stay was absolutely worth the money. Close to transport links, easy to get to. The staff were lovely and super friendly. The hotel was so clean and tidy. Complimentary coffee station, water, toiletries etc.

Staff were nice but didn't really give that much of a friendly welcoming vibe, especially at reception. Our room had very little natural daylight. We were only there for the weekend so it was okay but if you were staying there for longer, the lack of natural light would have been an issue.

Hotel is really nice and very stylish. Bar staff was also nice. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was also great. Location was fantastic and close to public transport and lots of restaurants and bars.

The only thing that I did not like was we were not able to use the roof top bar. They said it did not open until June but the weather was so nice at least let us go and relax on the roof. But in all honesty this was very minor. Hotel was excellent.

Can be a little noisy in the rooms with trains running all night (which you get used to) and the club nights running in hotel bar you can hear (harder to get used to). Staff can seems a little abrasive. There was a deposit of €400 taken upon check in which was a lot more than expected. I couldn’t see any mention of this on the booking. So ensure this won’t interfere with your money for your trip. They did let me split it into 2x 200 for 4 days. It’s extremely expensive for food and drinks which I guess one can assume in a 5 star hotel Tv and tv remote were very slow. The remote barely worked, had to press button multiple times for it to pick up signal. Volume/ sound settings is also very loud for bass and music, quiet vocals so you feel like you’ll be annoying your neighbour watching tv if you have anything at a volume above 10! I got a knock on door late at night saying they were room service when I hadn’t ordered room service (I asked through the door). I rang reception just to flag as the person knocking didn’t really apologise or explain they just walked away when I said no. Probably a genuine mistake of room number the person knocking should have been a bit more enthusiastic to apologise and explain as it was a bit unsettling in a room alone late at night (around 11pm. Only small glass bottles of water in room, should be big ones.

Beautiful building and interior design throughout the hotel and location is very handy. Lovely luxury touches including Maison Margiela towels and robes. Bed matress very comfy. Handy location near a main train station and a tonne of shops. 12pm check out time is great

We have stayed in the Hotel Zoo for a weekend while travelling to a concert of the AIR / french band. We wanted to stay nearby the venue, which was Theater des Westens, and this was just a perfect choice. The hotel had a lovely scent and the lobby and room itself were very cosy and pretty. As both I and my friend (whom I have travelled with) are lovers of quirky decorations, we really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. We didn't go to the Grace bar, so I cannot say any word about it, but the hotel was very suitable for us.
