Very good location: Airport 10 min walking distance. Stuff was very nice. I was upgaded to much better room. I liked the breakfest (nothing very special but all was fresh and nice)

Had to walk a long way down the hall to my room with carpeted floors. I understand the carpet is to keep it quiet but it is difficult to pull the suitcases over the carpet. No suggestions here as I would rather have the quiet.

Location to airport. A bonus was a mall nearby as I needed to purchase a couple of gifts for some friends.

Person at the reception was quite rude and non-cooperative, when I asked for ONE HOUR extension of my stay. Even though I have been frequent guest of this hotel I was told I must pay, otherwise I can use public facilities in the lobby.

Typical Mercure hotel, former Ullemiste hotel, where I stayed many times. Walking distance from the airport.

I was on the back trip from Russia to Switzerland. I am a Swiss who can also speak Russian. Location was the reason why I picked this hotel. I was very surprised that there are staff speaking Russian! It was soo nice, to practice one of the mother’s tongue! I will for sure recommend this hotel to people who can speak only Russian, but not only. Of course, initially, the location was the trigger to book this hotel, as it is so close to the airport

9 minutes by foot from the Airport. Staff can speak russian. In case of early check-in it is possibile to take breakfast with yourself. Clean and comfortable room. 5 minutes by taxi from the Bus station.

The car park was covered in ice - it was a precarious walk to the entrance!

It was clean and comfortable, with an acceptable breakfast buffet. Being next to the airport makes the location perfect for short business trips.

My plane left early and breakfast starts at 7:00 so I couldn’t eat it. I would have expected that a hotel close to the airport would have an early breakfast option.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just walking distance to the airport and a bus ride to the city center. The staff was very nice, friendly and useful.

Some staff was rudish and pillows are extremely uncomfortable unfortunately

Staff at reception was lovely on arrival, although at check out time different people were present and didn’t seem that nice unfortunately. Asked for late check out and were told they fully booked. Although there was still availability on booking. Breakfast staff bit grumpy too. But in general nice and clean place, lovely bar staff, close to airport and shopping center

Best hotel to stay in if you have to catch a early flight from Tallinn airport. Rooms are a little bit basic compared to other All Accor hotels i stayed at, but still sufficient. Location is the main reason to stay here.

All is good, nothing tp complain about

Perfect location - 2 mins to the shopping mall, 5 mins to the rail station, 12 mins to the airport. All is just very good - 24/7 reception service, comfy room, all you may need is there. AC is a bit loud but it's ok. Last time I had to re-schedule my trip in a very short notice and the hotel accepted my booking change with no any fee (even though the tariff was non-refundable). So highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a really good ventilation. The enviroment was cozy, relaxed and peacfully quiet. The Hotel was not far away from the airport, you can even walk to the airport from there
