AustraliaFor a self catering apartment this place missed the mark in a couple of areas. There were no cleaning supplies provided, so no sponge or dishsoap for cleaning your dishes and not even handsoap in the bathroom. We were only there for 4 days and so unfortunately simply had to leave the dishes for the cleaner so as to avoid the added cost of buying these basic supplies in such an expensive tourist location. There were also not enough power points in the kitchen, meaning that we had to plug the toaster in on the floor near the balcony.
Absolutely stunning location and nice sized (though a little dated) apartment for 2 adults, the receptionist was lovely and the bonus use of showers after check out was a great feature. Shutters in the bedroom meant that the room stayed nice and dark, so a bonus if you're hoping to catching up on some sleep whilst away and are easily disturbed by light like myself.

United KingdomThere were a few minor issues with the apartment that would have made our stay that little bit better. The double bedroom has no A/C, so it can get quite stuffy, and the dining room furniture and sofa beds are showing signs of age. Another small point is that for an apartment that sleeps 6, there is only a four seater table on the balcony.
Es Canar is a lovely resort, the apartment we stayed in was spacious, and the balcony is massive with great beach front views. Reception staff are very good, and the Marvent restaurant attracted serves good food options overall we were very pleased with our stay.

United Kingdomthe only downsides were the mattress in the bedroom was too hard and uncomfortable and there were no sharp knives for cooking in the kitchen (although i'm sure if we had mentioned this, it would have been provided). Charlies bar was uncomfortably loud inside and the vibrations could be heard/felt in the bedroom until 4am, so we had a few nights with little sleep.
The room was superb, spacious and very clean. The maids did an excellent job and a faulty blind was repaired very quickly. Tracey the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location was excellent and we benefited from a 10% discount in the restaurant and bakery.

Franceone of the bedroom did not have the A/c and it was still hot even with the fan. Also in the bedroom without A/C we were hearing a lot the noise of the generator on the rooftop or the pipe. I think it is because we were on the last floor so hearing the generator from the roof.

United KingdomThere was a lot of wear and tear in the apartment and the beds were really uncomfortable. We had to complain about some of the furniture and the electrics so had a handy man in there for one day of our stay. There is no air conditioning in the main bedroom which is a problem when it’s hot. They do not provide you with any soap, washing up liquid or cleaning product so you have to buy them all on arrival which is poor for self catering accommodation. I would not stay there again. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent per night.
The balcony size was the biggest asset and the location.

United KingdomRight in the centre of the resort overlooking the curved sandy bay . Cleverly built apartments as every apartment has a front or side view of the sea . The apartment was spacious with a living area , kitchenette and bathroom. Large balcony with a table and chairs . TV had some English channels . We ate mostly in The Marvent Restaurant underneath the Apartments . Food and service were excellent. Charlie’s Music venue was next door . Tribute Acts were performed most nights . This didn’t bother us but might not suit everyone, However, the bedroom is at the back of the apartment and if you closed the door you wouldn’t hear much noise and the venue closed at midnight. Would definitely stay here again .
