Jose was excellent with his communication. The location of the apartments could not be better right in the heart of La Carihuela and metres from the beach. Maids came in and changed the bed sheets and towels every 3 days. These apartments are very good value for money. We will be back.

Location was great , everything you could need is on the doorstep. excellent value for money, José was so helpful and accommodating, 12 mins from the airport by taxi. Thanks José for arranging transport , taxi arrived as agreed 4.15 am! Irish TV channel was a nice touch.

Very clean, sunny and comfortable apartment. Excellent choice for short stays for two adults. Large bathroom, comfortable bed and nice balcony in a very quiet area. One minute walk to a fabulous bordwalk by the sea. José and Manual at the reception are very helpfull for whatever you need. Would definitely book again!

Super location, really clean and modern, brand new kitchen, large quality shower. Apartment 8 at Caracas, overlooking the street yet quiet with double glazed doors to juliet balcony and electric shutters. We had the use of the solarium with loungers which has the fantastic view of the sea and has sun all day. Jose and his team were easy to contact, friendly and extra helpful, he accommodated our late flight by storing our bags at the Leonor then coming back from home to allow us to collect them after he had finished work. The Caracas has lots of stairs to the rooms which isn't a problem for me but there is a lift at the Leonor run by the same chap and is really close by. No hair dryer but I'm sure if I had asked Jose would've provided. One socket by the bed and one by the tv so take an extension lead if you need more. Will be returning.

What's not to like ?

This apartment is in an amazing location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. It is spotlessly clean and the room gets cleaned every other day (new towels etc) room has basic cooking facilities but enough for what you need. Building also has a roof terrace which gets the sun all day. We had a view of the restaurants which was fab, but they do have sea view apartments Jose is lovely and very helpful. Really didn't want to leave a good review as I want to keep it my little secret 😋😋

This is an exceptional Property. The Owner / Manager , Jose bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. He really is a very pleasant & extremely helpful & genuine person. The appointment was visited every day by the cleaning staff who also were exceptionally good at their jobs. I cannot say enough about this Apartment Property. Manuel was also very friendly & a great Guy Muchas Gracias to ye both !

There wasn't a kettle or a hairdryer

The host, Jose, was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The apartment was exceptionally good value for money. It was close to the beach and the areas amenities.
